Went to rose hill two days in a row to play mixed doubles with my former teammates and attend their senior day! Had so much fun with the rams, despite having a hard time raising my tennis up to their level. It’s tough out here for us retired athletes.
The rams beat UMass 4-0 on their Senior Day, and I’m glad I was able to support them in person on their big day.
As I was editing this video, the rams were fighting in a championship final against our old enemy, VCU. The Fordham rams pulled it off and became a conference champion. As a former athlete, I’m happy for what Fordham tennis achieved this year. They absolutely killed it and deserved it. I can’t be more proud. Lastly, as a proud alumni, I’m grateful to be able to call Fordham tennis my home.
