I’m sure if you pull the handle out while loosening it, it locks it in place making it easier to put the handle back

yes, the seals sit on the door then the handle goes on to them.

How about retainer clips on driver side door.. I’m struggling to find one to hold my lock cap .. any help ?? Thank you

​@vitor nosent thanks for the comment. So not sure about retainer clips for the lock cap as these just clip back on. You might need a new lock cap to be honest.

@@andysworkshop9696 thank you for the quick reply.. I do have the cap , but inside must have a peace that holds the cap to the lock so won’t fall..
