BAZE CHARLSE - So Put You Key in Turn The Ignition On (As in twist it forward towards the dash) then twist it back towards you and remove the key (do this 3 x ) ….right???

Ford should recall this kind of issue... And no cost to the owner... Just filled up gas and my theft light stays on then truck got stuck on the gas station.. Cranks but no start for my 1999 ford expedition.. Now truck is on the driveway after 2 mechanics and locksmith...

Transponder xtal is right next to ignition switch. Key has xtal in it too. Back when i knew a guy who removed both and it worked. Maybe a 2001. Idk. At your own risk. Just fyi. Not saying it's gonna work on your model. Just fyi.

This shit happened to me recently. Thought it was the damn fuel pump or hell even the fuel driver module. Turns out it was the theft light blinking I put the key in the ignition and left on the acc position for about five minutes and the theft light quit blinking prior to I also used the remote to unlock the truck just to be sure it was unlocked. As soon as I did this about five minutes after as stated the light quit blinking and sure a shit she fired right up. Definitely a strange experience but glade it didn’t cost me a testicle😅

Did you matched the part numbers on the transceiver with the existing one?

Oh yeah it was real basic not a problem I did what you said to do but I do with my original setup and and the theft is not light is not on. But it doesn't start

When you go to the junkyard and look for the car does it have to be the same year car as yours

a did it matter if the year is the same on the part?
