This is great now that Banks has discontinued these. I was looking forward to doing this! EDIT: I found a set for manual transmission. I will have to make them work.

Hi Jim Merry Christmas to you. I currently drive a 95 f250 4WD xlt extra cab with the 460. I mainly use it to pull a 5th wheel. I replaced the stock manifolds with the Gibson headers. This was money well spent, no more exhaust leaks yay! Thanks for the videos.

Gary Schmitt which one did uou go with? Did you do the a.i.r delete or do headers have those made for it?

I have a 97 460 as well. Can you give an update on your truck?

Better get that head-to-head run done soon. Kevin keeps adding more aftermarket go-fast parts to his truck...

Just picked up a 94 F250 supercab long bed 4x4 460 tonight to swap my 1977 F250 supercab long bed body on to. Glad so many people out there have videos on OBS trucks. I know dentsides like the back of my hand but I don't remember much about OBS trucks because I only really messed around with em when I was a kid. My dad and grandpa both had 1994 F150 supercab short beds, grandpa still has his. They seem pretty similar to the dentsides but I'm sure I'll run into some head scratching. Really interested in those Banks headers? How did your buddy like em long-term?

I'm rookie when it comes to turning wrenches but eager to learn. I have a 97 F250 460, the previous owner has a all around Banks Power kit installed. Trying to take my passenger side header off to have some small cracks touched up. I got her all unbolted and free but I don't have near enough room to get the sucker out without raising the engine (or it seems at least) How was the space with yours? I already did the walk of shame back into the house to get some advice and research a bit. Thanks for the video too!

Thank you fellas for this video. You got me convinced and I will be installing these headers on my 95 Ford f250 7.5l. I am wanting to get as much horse power as possible! Any advice is welcomed please!! I was wondering what air intake upgrades where done? I have already had my exhaust done but I am currently trying to find a "FORD" guy here in Colorado. As to advise me what to add to get as much power as I can. No luck as yet. But I would also like to do as much of the work myself so really just wanting some *solid advice* But would like a mechanic on some issues. Like to bump up my timing some. Thanks in advance for anyone with some good feedback!

Does the timing have to be advanced for these Banks systems?

not sure if Kev advanced timing at all, but with the improved flow there's headroom to do so. 👍

Did you install full exhaust or just headers? Do the headers and y pipe bolt up with the factory cat converter?

yeah we sure did, Kevin specifically picked these headers to be CA smog legal, also the cam he installed. and as it happens, Kevin smogged his truck last week and it passed just fine, even on 38s, it's no prius....but it passed. thanks for the question!

Thought your door panel segment was cool as $hit! What was the end result and I can't wait to see your touch screen set up on the dash. My wife and I bought a 95 crew cab 4x4 f350 powerstroke for our son for xmas. Would really like to see what ya come up with as they are the exact interior. Great vids keep them coming!

that is the front swaybar relocation bracket that moves the swaybar link away from the header. Kevin's swaybar links are lengthened for the RSK lift so it was a simple matter of using the supplied bracket to get the link out of the way of the header. thanks for watching!

how do I know if my 97 F-350 7.5L is "air injected" or "non air injected"?

If you have a air pump located under your alternator

Look under the truck at your catalytic converter, if you have a 5/8 metal pipe going into the cat, it's smog pumped

Is that the 4:10 or the 3:73?
