A lot of old cars and trucks got hacked and repurposed. The worst I saw was a Peirce Arrow front end cut off to use as a stationary engine.

When Big Ears TWOCed* Noddy's car and went back to the woods. Taken WithOut Consent - what we call car theft here in Blighty. Seriously, that's well worth preserving.
