Ford Focus Mondeo Transit Connect 1.8 TDCI wet timing belt to timing chain conversion install (2/2)
This video show how to do it with an original ford OEM timing chain (from earlier model years). This is a video detailing a wet timing belt to timing chain conversion install on our 2008 Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI engine. The same engine is also used on the Mondeo, Transit Connect so this conversion could also be done on these cars.

Absolutely fantastic video. Thank you so much! One question by the way -- is it necessary to drain all the engine oil before umounting the wet belt housing cover? Like draining the coolant when changing the water pump?

The pink coloured sealant for the diesel pump sprocket should have gone around the outside and not the inside of the sprocket so that it met face to face with the part of the pump that the simmering went over.
where can i get the addapter for the pump
Witam wymienili mi rozrząd kompletny, zymering wymieniali 3 razy,dalej cieknie , co poszło nie tak?

Trzeba wycentrować pokrywę rozrządu przed przykręceniem inaczej będzie ciekł olej
