Good how-to video. Might I add a few suggestions for those willing to undertake this? First off most drum brakes are essentially the same layout with a few minor differences here and there. Secondly, WEAR GLOVES and a mask. Brake dust can be ingrained into your skin and cause serious irritation, also brake dust can be harmful if breathed in. When putting you brakes back on, you'll see 6 raised points. These are contact points for the shoes. They MUST be cleaned and greased with either copper or silicone high temp lubricant, this will allow the brakes to work fluidly, i recommend hitting the whole surface with brake cleaner and a wire brush, but just the contact points will suffice in a pinch. Lastly, put a little grease on the inner bearing shaft. Not 100% nessecary but helps (dont go mad! Only a dab, same with the contact points on the inner drum)

Thanks for your comment and the positive suggestions. Quite right regarding the gloves and mask. I know I should and I usually do but on drum brakes the gloves often tear. No excuse I know.

@@Engineer9736 lol got my notifications on. A plus side to having discs as standard is they are a bolt on bolt off swap for st170’s bar the callipers and carriers which makes it stop even better lol

235 NM for the hub nut hand tight is not enough, Plus you should have changed the nut as the washer had come adrift from the nut ,
