I’m a fan of propane fire pits. They offer light, heat, and I can turn it off and go to bed without worry. Then fire it back up in the morning with coffee. Also, leveling blocks under the front tires will help keep your heads level with your feet, or a little above to keep stray water flowing out of the bed. To offset the bed spring height.

I’m getting ready to do the same thing, I’m getting some camping gear for Christmas lol I think you have a great point about putting a mat or something on the tailgate thanks for sharing that idea it will help us old folks and our tender knees lol 😆

Great video! I have a similar setup and installed a BedRug Mat for the floor, which makes crawling in and out of the tent painless. I highly recommend the BedRug products. Enjoy the outdoors, thats what its all about! Thanks for sharing.
