I've suffered with depression my whole life I have found that art has helped me quite a bit with that. Of all the time I've lived so far I have one piece of advice that may be of assistance it is to find a healthy outlet for stress. Note: Art doesn't get rid of my depression it just helps me cope with it. Dealing with your stress is a very healthy thing to do and if you let it build up.. It can lead to depression. Just a bit of insight. I hope this helps somebody out there.

Completely 100% agree! a few years ago in my teens, I used to be quite depressed, and would feel so angry towards people who always smiled and made everything seem just fantastic, which I was not okay with. And it made me even more depressed since I would ask why I wasn't happy.

I am so glad you made this. I think there are a lot of young people living in this social media age who are depressed because they literally think one is supposed to be super happy all the freaking time when that is just simply not true. We all have days when we are just OK or even a little down, this image of being happy all the time is not a realistic one and is causing people to have anxiety and some to go into depression

Real happines is not about feeling cheerful and positive, but about living a meaningful life, having a purpose and being aware its bigger than ephemeral emotions. Jordan Peterson says: Do what is meaningful not expedient. And Caroline Ingalls says: Happines and sadness are like mountains and valleys, without one there is no other. Yes, but with some condition. I got to admit when I say how are you to like new people I met, or someone that isnt close enough with me, I only say that out of courtesy (doesnt mean I dont care about them. I wish they are doing fine and can keep up with what they struggle with but at the same time doesnt really want to know the detail) but theres also time where I say it and actually mean it. mostly to people I care about and close with. So yeah, it depends on who you give it to I guess
