Awesome Skeletor collection! I used the Super7 Ultimate Skeletor a lot to make customs from the previous Skeletor releases to have them as the cross sell art from the cardbacks. I also used a Super7 Ultimate Skeletor to replace the body of Dragonblaster Skeletor. That one was always my favorite during childhood. I have several versions too by popping and switching the Skeletor faces. They look great. So many versions! 😁

Damn! Skelly was also my first ever MOTU figure as well. Well it was Skelly with Panthor gift pack. My mum asked if I wanted to go for a 3 day beach holiday or some toys. I chose the gift pack without even considering

Great choice, no doubt. Best choice actually ... I remember when I got my He-Man. I was about 5 or 6 years and my granny had to read the little picture-booklett for me. It was all so sinister, mysterious and secretive .... and on top of that, my german grandma who did not know anything of english (here in Germany) and spelled all the few english words totally wrong. Even more eerie ... And when I got my Skeletor, that feeling grew even stronger. A humanoid body with inhumanoid features such as blue skin, weired appendages at the hands, weired 3-toe-feet and a skeleton-skull-face which makes him actually a dead ... ... and then these little booklets with pictures and stories that made it all much more mysterious and sinister ...

The Dragon Head Custom is MASTERPIECE! So cool!

Exactly what I did, swapped the toothless skeletor head with the alkala head from demo man. I don’t know if he’s my favourite it’s a toss up with the 2.0...I’ve always been a sucker for the filmation versions too Awesome video

Didn’t know you could peel the face off…..(caster Troy) .. I peeled off toothless skeletor face and replaced it with dc vs motu skeletor …looks great

There's lots of videos on mold making with basic tools so you can cast your own hands. I want to cast some swords. I can't stand that some of my figures don't have a sword

I was upset when I was a kid that Skeletor's boots were half painted. I thought that the company cheaply made the boots, and that cheap job was my toy.

I thought the same thing, and I thought the half sword was because of cheap manufacturing, just having only one side of the sword molded. (I didn't get He-Man for a long time and Skeletor was my first one)

@@HeBroTV Skeletor was my first figure. I always thought the bad guys were a lot more interesting than the good guys, and who could not help but enjoy Skeletor's quips and sense of humor when chastising his underlings. The split sword did not bother me. I thought I saw in the cartoon about the good and bad swords coming together like yin and yang, so that made sense to me that it would be half a sword. Also as a kid, I was a big fan of the movie, "The Dark Crystal," so the idea that the two halves of good and evil coming together seemed to make sense and be almost mandatory.

Skeletor has a white face in the cartoons, especiallybtge 2000 series. Have they made more white faced figures? Or how do you recommend we paint the faces?

Painting the face is a good way to go, just take your time, lots of light coats, then clear coat just the face, protect the hood with blue painters tape. kzread.info/dash/bejne/pZmsx61yfqu9ldY.html

Can I tell you how envious I am of your collection? Some of my biggest regrets in life was trashing away this, Gameboy/GameGear and my Ninja Turtles collection (thankfully, I kept my WWF LJN figures). Good stuff 👍

I admit I skipped through this video but did I see right that there is no comick-version of skeletor ? Like in the first 4 comics. I know that there was a special pack in the origins-line where at least Man-At-Arms looked great, He-Man had just a knife in his boot and Skeletor´s look real dumb. I like in the comics how his teeth look and that version had boring looking teeth. No comick-tooth-version of Skeletor ?

It should work with most, but not with the 40th anniversary He-Man his chest is too large to fit the smaller armors.
