It's actually nice having one living room wall with no windows, in case you want to put in an electric fireplace with mantel and picture or mirror above.

Yes I would do the Murphy bed. Work around a fireplace some how.

It's really nice id prefer the toilet hidden by that shower, but that bathroom is great. nice spacious design, very cheap for the quality. xxx

The stackable in the bathroom would be the way I would go. And my dog would have a nice little dog bed cave under the stairs it's just beautiful guys. Love it

love my combo washer . its the term for a machine that washes and dries WITHOUT removing/transfering . stack unit means one thing combo means another. yall ought to clearly explain that ! also some combos vent dry others use a different no-vent method LG makes a great combo. i bought a more affordable one . LG needs to lower its price

I’m totally loving this TH because you can have a big big TV!! Love the walls!! Put some shelves over that open area!!!! Oh man, I could live there. You could put a chest-drawers in the bathroom!! I would put a rail on the stairs, like wrought iron with a few caged spindles, and cabinet pulls with cages also. Beautiful!!! No lot rent?? Copper roof!! OMG can it get any better.

I'd put w/d in bathroom... full frig. And box freezer next to it... under stairs. Those stairs need a branch or ivy looking rail up the wall. It's very nice

Definitely a Murphys Bed in living room. You never know when you'll be injured and can't climb stairs. I'd put a garden window in kit. & a skylight in bathroom.

Wow I really love this house except for the stairs! I am disabled and cannot do stairs. The living is great, I could picture myself sitting there with big tv and fireplace underneath just enjoying that home

If I had this house, I would have them take out tall stairs and put the normal rise in then do with storage. Then take the washing machine. Hook up out and use what could to relocate in that huge bathroom. I see other things but this would do. Getting the mountain lot, perfect! I have to move into a new house I bought. Sell mine and then, see what I have, other issues pending. But,maybe will get there, eventually.

Another beautiful home built by ITH. If someone wanted to raise the roof in the loft, as long as it remains on your property how difficult would it be? It would be very nice to be able to stand up in your loft. Thanks Randy.

I just wanted to say thank you because I've been having some rough days and when I feeling down I put you guys on and you always put a smile on my face and make me laugh you and Randy and Amanda you both together incredible people like the incredible homes you build your incredible people you really are and I just wanted to say thank you I just been having a lot of down days I'm disabled I lost the use of my left hand so a lot of things that I like to do and life has been really hard I got hit by a car Labor Day weekend or this guy that didn't even say you were sorry all he said is he didn't see me I was in a Walmart cart and he came out of nowhere trying to get a spot up close he's some people so now I'm in more rough shape than I was before I don't know I just need a break I really do I need a break I love the incrediboxes I would love to get one I just don't know if it would be big enough for my two big German Shepherd dogs and I got two cats I don't know what would be good for me I definitely would like to go with the off grid so long that is such a good deal I just wanted to thank you for putting a smile on my face is a bad bad weekend it's Monday night and I just do it on the latest video you put out so thank you again you guys take care and be well Debbie from the mountains of New Hampshire

Watching this again. As I said before, beautiful home. May I make a suggestion though ..Randy, please be prepared and have a tape measure on you so people know the measurement details such as the height of that refrigerator alcove to fit a stackable washer and dryer. Or if not, please give up how tall you are so people can gauge how much room in lofts, or that alcove for instance. Lol It sure would help your interested customers. Thank you. :)

Question for Q&A: The waterlines to the electric water heater in the I boxes, are they located in the hinge side of the door? If so, would it be doable to put a washer under the water heater cabinet?

For me, it's the steep rise. With the extra width, I'd make a little turn at the bottom so the door would open against the side. Great spot for a shoe cabinet under the first steps. If you don't mind a high step, you could just change the treads for wider ones, which could extend a few inches over the side, rather than rebuilding.

I did not know that you need to purchase the lot. I thought the plots was leased. How much would that prairie lot have cost? Or maybe sites for private ownership just started with the mountain? Does anyone know?

The Prairie lots are $200 a month leased. The Mountain lots are "supposed" to be $40k, plus $300 a month, which is similar to an HOA fee. Those were the last numbers I heard spoken.

@Camping Therapy Thanks! That's a little confusing. To me, that price for the mountain is very high. The mountain looks nice, but a small lot for $40K in eastern TN does not make sense when deciding to live tiny! I understand the sense of community is unique, but seems counterintuitive. There's clearly a market for $40K spaces though. It's kind of like Upstairs, Downstairs lol!

Amanda and Randy, What is the name of the huge donut truck that you filmed for us a while back. The donuts were the size of a tire! Visiting soon and wanted to visit this truck. Thanks

@@Roobah actually, the Mountain lots at $40,000 are for sale. Deeded lots. Still have to pay $300/month to maintain the roads and any future amenities (like the Lodge).

If this ever needs moved would that require a professional tow? And I’ve asked this one before but for the incredi-box and the +4 would a Honda pilot SUV pull those?

They have mentioned the weights many timed. You just need to check the towing weight rating for your vehicle to be sure. We can't expect them to look it up and tell each person, busy as they are. 😊

Being 10 wide, yes this house will need a professional. Besides, they're insured and have experience with something so big. You need to look up the max tow capacity for your specific model and trim level. The plain 8x16 weighs approx. 4300lbs dry, that's before adding furniture, appliances, water, and dishes, food, clothes, etc.

No a Honda Pilot could only probably tow a 3000 pound max trailer in my honest opinion. It's not made like a truck. I towed mine with a Ram 1500 from there to Arizona and I would not want to tow it with anything smaller through that hilly terrain.
