Beautiful home! BUT! If I bought it I’d put a bigger sink in the bathroom! The bathroom size is big enough to accommodate a bigger sink. AND! I LOVE the black cabinets with the butcher block!! 👍

agree. i use sinks for more than just handwashing and for things never want to use the kitchen sink for where it's where i wash dishes.

Gorgeous home!! Love all the storage, the huge kitchen, the big bath/laundry/dressing room, and that living space! I'd add a fold down table with two hanging chairs, and a couple of bar stools (that can double as end tables) I can tuck out of the way. A sofa with chaise (on the side opposite the dining table). What a lovely, functional mountain cabin this is❣️

It’s so beautiful!! The live edge wood is something I’d never think of, but it’s so nice. Belongs in the mountain with a big deck and hot tub.👏👏 I love that beefy barn door.

It's so beautiful. I would love to live a home with all wood ...and that kind of wood...and all those windows. It is so well made. I am older adult and do not like lofts except for storage and i think they are great use of space for that ..but i would not mind at all sleeping in a bed made into a couch during day on main floor. Price is nice too . You guys should contact Kerry who showed you on his you tube a bit ago and have him show this one, if he would. People have asked for an update there on your homes and he was into it ..too. We got to see Amanda here for like a split second and..Amanda.. you look stunningly beautiful...we should get to see you more. Love your accent and the light heartedness of both of you.

Love this! There’s plenty of room for the stairs to be wider. That would make it easier to get around the ceiling quirky area and provide more storage in the cabinets below

Absolutely beautiful kitchen, bathroom,just everything.

This is a practical home 🏡 with storage. You have to have closets, room for shoes and such. This is so beautiful and doesn't seem so claustrophobic. The 10 ft width makes a huge difference.

If I were to purchase this home, I would detach the stairs, put on wheels and open the banisters for middle access. The stairs would be against wall until needed, then moved to center for access to either loft. I agree this house will look beautiful in the Mountain.

That's a bargain Dood! That's a very pretty one. I can't climb stairs so I'm still eyeing the homes in the grove. You know I was thinking of ITH lately... with all of the floodings in Kentucky and people being displaced from their homes. I wish they would buy a whole convoy of IncrediBOXes. People are still being rained on and are living in tents. That would be such a ministry. I wish I were wealthy.

@@ts2603 you can go to the three vertical dots that are at the far right of their post and click on the dots and the word Report pops up. then click on report. Another box with options pops up...then click on unwanted commercial content or spam. It will get deleted by maybe only on your own computer/page here but not on everyone else;s. But if we ALL or many of us do that..they get take further action against these guys and they SHOULD . That;s FRAUD WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

@@marianl3447 I’ve never known if reporting completely deletes something or if it just deletes from your personal view. Either way I think it really does make a difference. Another thing that can be done is to actually go to the scammers channel and report the whole channel especially in situations where they are impersonating a legitimate channel.

That's a mansion on wheels. Very nice. Fantastic rental. Reminds me a lot of the ski lodges I've stayed in. 👌 I do hope that flooring is in the Abingdon. It would be perfect.

I love this home! The counter space, the closet and the big window above the sink! I would looove if the window was a slider! I always want my windows open on nice days. Also, a bigger bathroom sink with a vanity. Women need some counter space in the bathroom, too. 😉 All in all, this one is great!

I was just recently in Gatlinburg. We left heading to visit a friend in Marion, NC. It wound us through the mountains and when we popped out I saw the water tower that said Newport. I stopped and googled you guys. 20 miles!! I can't believe I was 20 miles from you guys and couldn't go. Now, mind you, it was a Sunday and you were closed. But, man, what a missed opportunity!!
