Ironically the Scots 🏴 have done more for Liverpool than Scousers have i.e. Sir Kenny Dalglish, Bill Shankly, Graeme Souness, Alan Hansen, Ian St. John and Andy Robertson

I imagine the same was said about paisley and shankly, we were lucky they were the same era but managers like them and Jurgen are generational. We will have another after Jurgen but it might be at the tail end of our lives

@@AE-nz2cj I know he did he’s an absolute legend. It’s a totally different era now tho and he’s built the best team we’ve ever had. It would beat all previous teams comfortably.
Even as a United fan love having this super coach in our league. His football is always Christmas for the eyes and full entertainment. Liverpool fans are so lucky.

I know but I’m confident we can still be successful after hearing klopp speak about pep linders and the others who play a massive part, confident they have enough knowledge and know the players well enough to keep us going.

Thats why Gerrard left Rangers and has gone to Villa. He is getting the experience needed to be the next Liverpool Manager 👍🏻👌
We are blessed to have him at Liverpool. Cherish these years because they won’t last forever.

We all know Gerrard is the number 1 pick whenever the position goes up for grabbing. Let's hope that he can live up to the hype, he is however on a very good road of development at the moment. So in the end that moment might last for a few more years after Klopp, but I do agree that we should cherish these current years under Jurgen, they are magical.

For sure - I’m certainly cherishing these years with Jurgen at the helm. He understands what makes Liverpool supporters tick. He was made for us and we were made for him. I hope he knows how much he is loved and cherished on Merseyside, just as all great men that represented our club are
As a lifelong Liverpool fan I think this is a fantastic time to support this amazing team
Pep Ljinders has played a MASSIVE part in our success under Jurgen. I sincerely hope he takes over as manager once Jurgen leaves. With all due respect to Stevie, of course.

Stevie G is way off being ready to take the reigns. He needs to do a lot more learning but he has a great team behind him at villa.

@@NazSBG Exactly. And Villa are a very good club. Let's see how he performs there with the resources at his disposal. It's also very important for him to build a playing style and identity. On the other hand, Klopp, Ljinders, Kraweitz and co. know exactly how to set up and play. Which is why Ljinders is the natural successor to Klopp.

@@ZyGoatee I was surprised Stevie left Rangers. I thought he would have done well to stay for 3 or 4 more years, win another league title or two and some cups and then head back to England. But, he and his coaching team are doing a very good job at a sleeping giant in Villa. Linders is a good shout for the job once klopp leaves although the young coach, I believe he's at Bayern, and forget his name, is a possible successor. His playing style is similar I think.

@@NazSBG I agree, he should've stayed with Rangers for 3-4 more seasons. I'd have actually liked him to stay with our academy and learn from Klopp and his staff for 2-3 seasons before branching out on his own. Then again, opportunities like Rangers and Villa don't come too often and the timing is very important for career decisions too, I guess.

“If it is not broken. Why fix it?” JK and co have laid a foundation for the club. That s why we are challenging for many trophies. When JK leaves, LFC need continuity. The last we need is to have a new manager come in and scrap all the work during the last 6 years.
He's an intense character, but he is effortlessly charming. That's a rare combination.
Can't get enough of this man. Really embracing the fact he is ours lately as I just know for a fact we will never see anyone like him ever again. The connection for the fans is just unbelievable.
I could listen to this man talk for hours.

He’s already a true Liverpool legend, it’s just growing every single day! He has completely and positively changed everything at Anfield, the vibe, the atmosphere, the mood, the belief, the attitude, the motivation, the style of football and hopefully the future. Jürgen is an icon, and we Liverpool fans are so fortunate to have him as our manager, and don’t forget, he calls himself “The Normal One”! YNWA 👏👏👏😘😘😘

Interviewers surely love talking to this man. He answers every question with a smile and an occasional joke.
I was born in Liverpool in 1967 so growing up in the area I was spoiled with the great football coming out of the city but now with Jurgen those times are definitely back and it’s extremely good to see the atmosphere around the city is electric to put no finer word on it .
I officially approve of the ‘boot room reloaded’ 👌🏼 love that Jürgen and the boys have that mentality 💪🏼

Wow just wow there will never be a man perfect for Liverpool than this man cherish every single minute he's here with us because there once in a lifetime people the job he has done is incredible and even the commentator said it your competing against all the odds he's literally competing with states running football clubs he has to challenge them at a very unfair advantage they have limitless funds he needs to make every little penny spent work he said it himself he has to make as much money in the seasons to spend on what he needs no other club that he is actually competing with has that hassle pep gets what he wants every time and so did Chelsea and United it's insane and it gets majorly overlooked I pray he can go and win this title because he deserves it more than any1 else

Not sure where he would go Real Madrid is not his kinda club for me and I'd be very surprised if he went to Italy or PSG. He's built something here, I think he wants to carry on that legacy.

Never thought there would ever be anyone like Shanks but Jurgen has so many things about him that are so Shankly like its uncanny. Can´t even imagine what it will feel like when he decides to finish?

People talk about Gerrard taking over after Klopp but Pep would be a better option as he works with Klopp day in day out behind closed doors, he is part of why Klopp has had the success he has. I Love Gerrard ofcourse but LFC fans should be praying the owners do everything and offer whatever Klopp needs/wants for him to stay beyond his current contract.

I'd usually disagree about promoting a number two to be the manager but with us it worked very well before and i think he could carry that on, and make it work for us again. Make Hendo or Millie his number two. It's not to say Gerrard wouldn't be a great manager for us.

I started supporting this club at the end of shankly era, Bob was fantastic but klopp is the best we have had , I just can't see him walking away in 2 year's time , he loves this club as much as we love him ❤️

Very honest interview I like the way he expressed that he doesn't actually live in the city but knows much about it
5:12 "Intensity is our Identity" Yeah, first time I heard it from Pep Linjders when he said it in a (quite sure it's League Cup) press conference, Iightbulb immediately lighted up in my brains, "This is correct, this is the Liverpool Way" Simple 4 words summed it all up for LFC, it shows Pep is a great communicator. LFC will do well if they keep that aggressiveness going.

He may not have won the trophy haul like Guardiola has but I believe Klopp to be the better all round manager. What he, along with his team/lieutenants have done with the club is Shankley'esque' It's taken time and patience but a potential dynasty is gaining some serious momentum. I wouldn't be surprised if Klopp stays beyond 2024. He knows he's building a superb legacy!

Tbh, if there was a single thing which he did wrong then it was clinging to Karius as a goal keeper. He expected Karius to grow and be that player he envisioned but Karius failed to meet the expectations.

i’m 50 years of age and remember the glory days from the 1st European cup and all the division 1 titles and the domestic cups and then 30 years of HURT!! i can honestly say now we’re 6/7 years in under Jurgen and they coaches that this is the best LFC i’ve known (big statement) here’s to more Jurgen 🤞and continued success in the premier league! especially YNWA 😁

I met Jurgen a few years back at a hotel in Birmingham a very down to earth guy he got in the lift I was in smiled and said hi yo me and I couldn't see the floor I was on he even helped me by telling me thd floor such a nice guy and a very talented manager 😀
As a West Ham I think Klopp is one of the greatest managers to grace our league. But I also think he’s a great guy and probably great fun to have a pint with.

Made the club play an exciting style of football, where even the losses were applauded for the determination the boys showed. That is Klopp's true victory, he transformed the way the fans believed again. In words of the great Bill Shankly, made Liverpool the bastion of invincibility. When he steps down, every fan will undoubtedly shed tears.
Liverpool is defined by music and football, lets not forget the legendary Cream at Nation(rip) as well as the Beatles.

Klopp's a nice guy and as much as I like him, and he said as much, I really don't think he would be the manager that he is without Pep Lijnders and Peter Krawietz, and they are very much the unsung hero's in how well Liverpool are doing.

I don't compare them by trophies they won but by what they bring to the clubs... and what they both have in common is identity they created in their clubs! massive respect for both of them... he is a manager manchester united need now more then ever... he brought Liverpool up to being one of the best clubs in this time, image what he could have done with Manchester United budget...
