Matchmaking is really off right now, it seems. I was playing with a 4-man squad just earlier today and we kept getting matched with really low skilled players that are just starting to learn the game. We're talking no guardbreaks, no feints, no parries, basically nothing. I started to feel really guilty because we were just stomping on them. There was a Warlord on their team that I felt especially bad for. I kept letting all my unblockables fly and bullied the hell out of him, he was rep 0 and level 11. This type of imbalance between teams was good for us because we were relentlessly winning but I don't think it should come at the cost of ruining someone else's experience. I think I'm gonna go track that Warlord down and befriend him. God knows he needs it

you describe me, literally. just started to play. don't know how to press the buttons so fast to faint, dodge and guardbreak in a couple of milliseconds. I constantly get enemies that DO know all that stuff and just stomp me three times in a row. every ranked and 1v1 match i played I lost 0-3. 20 matches by now, real nice experience. the biggest joke is the game telling me my level is "slightly" lower... i mean cmon, who the fuck programmed this trash

You should have thought about that thing when you were fighting him. Giving a couple of wins here and there to noobs isn't big of a deal, if they win a couple they want to play more. This is what I always do when the matchmaking fucks me up with new players who are trying to learn the mechanics of the game.

yea, i'm only rep 30, but I keep getting matched with new players while the enemy team is experienced. It's honestly frustrating, and makes me not want to play the game.

I respect one thing and one thing only, you moved the demonetized symbol up with chat instead of using a black bar like most of us would. What a chad.

for honor has the worst matchmaking i have ever experienced in a game. i am literally playing for 4 days against some level 1 bots, slowly getting better and not losing against them in 1v1. when playing against real players in 1v1 or even ranked i get people with wreathlvl 20-80 wtf is this trash matchmaking?

I still feel bad for the first players you left. Tbh, you most likely left them with a lvl 3 raider which makes their experience far worse 😂

Tiandi is really fun and cool in my opinion. I love the sort of 'flow' that his moveset has and his dodge attacks are really neat. Not to mention his fashion is dope at high rep. Keep mixing it up and utilize palm strike when the opportunity presents itself. His yeet cannon kick is good when you want to ledge or have teammates nearby. Honestly not a very hard hero to learn, not super strong, just really solid which most heroes in this game should be. He's well-balanced and a lot of fun. I'd say go for it!

Broken matchmaking is giving me the mother of all headaches. I'm a total rep 70 being matched up with rep 200-300s and I'm getting my ass handed to me left, right, and center.

"Look at this man's rep" dont mind that the game has been out for years

Now imagine what it feels luke to be the rep 4 on the opposing team who has to play with that every game, and ends up just giving up on the game entirely cause you cant get ANY fair games

Good to see they fixed matchmaking with the most recent patch. We almost started getting balanced games last season. Great gameplay as always.

The raider rework killed this game for me, that was the tipping point. Haven't played since and no intention to ever play again even with the season pass. The game is done anyway. Literally no one works there anymore either lol. Fuck this game.

I think it really says something about FH that the majority of players are barely above rep 1 tbh. Is player retention *really* that bad?

No it’s matchmaking broken. I got all kinds of 500hrs+ players all the time, after they hotfixed mm last season. Now I get this stuff so it got messed up somehow.
