Fellas, I got like half of you saying they're spot-on and another half of you saying a lot is wrong. I'm going to chalk it up to different dialects of Arabic. The translations in these videos are from 2 people from Iran and Egypt respectively, so there might be some language differences between the two, and also between other Arabic dialects. That's just my theory though, could be wrong.
@imaddjilali7610

99 percent of her voice lines are in standard arabic so dialects have nothing to do with it. while some were wrong they weren't that far off. thank you and the guys who worked on the translation for making this video.

Iranians speak persian though?
@TankMarion

Finished watching, there was not a single line of persian in this video lol Most of what she says are in fusha, so I have no idea where the people saying it's wrong are coming from Some translation are pretty memey, but they do get the point across. This might be why people are saying some translations are wrong

Only line that was beyond me was "Ya Marfuz!". No clue, but it does seem to originate from a dialect, wouldn't be surprised if it's Egyptian since most Arabic translators for games seem to be Egyptian. Couple of other words I didn't know the meaning of, but they didn't sound as off as "Marfuz" so I assumed they were Fusha as well and went on my merry way

@TheMajorN join us on r/ForHonor we're compiling both yours and my efforts to get a clean list for Afeera's wiki and we'd love to have you with us. I was planning to sit down and play the hero so I can take my time and listen carefully but all I managed to do was translate what I've heard from Faraam' s early access video because I went away for work and couldn't play the game. Your translations are spot on except for a few mispronunciations and I think only one wrong translation so your results are really impressive.
Loved the reveal and animation of the "thunder thighs" line. That shit was straight up comedy gold.

For those who are unaware The reason the Medjey Don't got his video translation yet is because He most likely speaks a language that was a mixture of middle eastern languages and not pinned to just one And was completely made up by the ubisoft devs So it's taking our boy a lil longer than expected for he's been trying to contact certain devs to figure it out or at the very least confirm it There ye go

I was working on a transition vid cuz everyone else did it so wrong. You have some wrongly spelled words especially in Arabic but u still did a great job so I don't have to continue doing my low quality vid, u r still my most trusted VL translator 👍
This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for
I was genuinely surprised by how many different voice lines she had for the same move AND allll the respawn lines aswell O_o I think she's the first hero with this many different lines and i honestly like it alot!

@Sam-A

@header 80Dragon I believe the reason why the translation in the video may make more sense to some is Cause the Arabian voice line says: فلتمت As opposed to: مت The second is a clear: ''Die'' while the first one is preceded with the prefix '' Fal'' that allows the phrase to be understood as: ''May you die''
Less goo 🙏🏻
Assassins creed origins soundtrack so on point 👌🏻
The fact that she knows what's good automatically makes her best hero. I will not hear otherwise.
He bacc :)
I don't know but i will love to see an aztec hero i think it will be a cool concept
lmao I was shocked when I heard the thunder thighs voiceline also everything is nicely accurate, the translations weren't literal
Perfect 🙂
*"THUNDER THIGHS!"* was indeed my favorite line

Yeah, in terms of Samurai, I think Kyoshin has more lines than all of them
As an Arabic speaker. I commend the VA for saying those lines especially the way to pronounce them is also on point
they outdid themselves for no reason on this hero
Can you please try to interview one of the hitokiri voice actors!
She could be her own protag she is so cool.
We were all here for the "THUNDER THIGHS!" and you know it
Assassin's creed origins in the background. Good pick
Her lines when does the knee attack reminds me of the female custom character lines from Mortal Kombat Armageddon
afeera got his mother moves and his incredibilis father mouth
My only complaint about the hero is that I wish her unique executions had better stats, a faster kill time and total duration to be exact. Also thanks for another translation video!
All of these subtitles are correct👍🏼
"Thunder thighs!" "Submit!" Yes mommy Afeera 😳
Do you happen to know the name of the voice actress? I just want to confirm for myself whether she is Egyptian or not. Cause I could hear a faint Egyptian accent though I'm not certain. ( never mind , saw your response to one of the comments
Nobody was ready for the thunder thighs 😂
Rip Medjay
Seems she really likes Warmongers shit talkin. Warmonger: "Weakling!" Afeera: "Weakling." Warmonger: "I don't know if I should be proud or insulted to be copied." Apollyon: "like you have room to talk"
Afeera was lucky with the VA!
thanos refrence when she says i am inventiable
We all gonna forget she says the zaza after shield bashing
So we can all say that Medjay’s 4th feat says “fuck off”
She may have special voicelinee for blocking or dodging three attacks in a row
Noooo we need that one execution translated
I love the assassins creed origins music
Is anyone else still waiting on the medjay ones
Is that the AC origins fight theme, i smell?.
As a Arab that’s translation was so good
Makes me like Afeera more 😊, she’s just like me 😮💨” Toxic”
Medjay sadge
0:16 "The zaza"
SKIBIDIBUP UMM DADA !
The only one I knew before this video was Ansaraf. I don't know if it's a bad thing that the only one I knew is swearing but hey, I at least got one😅
Now if only they spent half as much time playtesting their game as they did thinking up clever voicelines...
honestly i feel like they spent way more time giving afeera 20 different voice lines for the same move than actually balancing her and designing her armor
wow excellent translation in arabic and it's really precise 👍 because my mother language is arabic
