look, i have some screw hooks in my wall where i put my rings, i dicovered that i can place my weights(that have rope and a bamboo grip) through the ring, and works for me, the resistance is good and you can also train the sudden fall technique (that one that you lift explosively and resisting the fall of the weight, damaging the tendons). it dosent have to be with rings, the thing is that with weights, screws and a rope or something where you can put your weight to make the resistance coming from like those cable machines do is posible with very little

Can you please teach everyone how to put down the weights quietly? That would be good, too. All jokes aside....keep up the good work Janis. Would love to talk to you about how this all applies to a golf swing as well. Peace brother.

Sure but on table you don't JUST cup, you try to cup and pull your opponent across the table. This training is more specific to armwrestling than JUST cupping, but of course cupping in isolation is great for improving cup. But if your back is stronger than your cup, you'll try to cup, pull back, and oops you've opened your own hand backwards.
