For all you jalapeño popper lovers! Jalapeño Popper Chicken Quesadillas!

A classic snack turned into the main event!
Jalapeño Popper Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas
16 oz cream cheese
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled )
2 jalapeño’s (seeded and diced)
Garlic powder
“Kinder’s” buttery steak seasoning (trust the process)
1-2 chicken breasts (cubed)
2 tbsp Oil for frying
Directions:
Cook the bacon let it cool then crumble.
Coat the chicken in the mayonnaise season with garlic and Kinders buttery steak seasoning
Cook the chicken until fully cooked through. Remove from pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon.
Spread popper mixture on half of each tortilla, then add the cooked chicken. Fold the tortillas in half.
Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp of oil (or griddle) on medium-low heat. Place the filled tortillas in the skillet and cook until tortillas are crispy and the filling is cooked through.
Serve with your favorite toppings, salsa or dipping sauce! Or just by themselves !
