    I am IC patient 54 years old women and my doctor told me. My bladder is very very active that’s why I am going many times to pee. I have very strong pain in my pelvic area ( I mean vaginal and anus area ) I feel pain before pee, during pee and after pee. I can‘t sit down long time. I can‘t sleep too. Can you please 🙏🏽tell me some excercise. Thank you in advance. This pain make my life worst. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
