Thanks ! Could you explain how a tear in the ligament at the great toe would affect walking and pain level ?
very clear and helpful!
I need an honest question I've been walking and twisting my ankle both of them and when that happened I be limping on my foot what that caused to both for my ankles
Now i have a narrower idea of what can be causing pain in my foot. Thanks.

You mentioned various shoe types that help maintain foot health. Could you please explain why, and give us examples of which shoes work best for different situations? (walking, running, sports)

Great Video... i just love your anat videos
This is great for drawing purposes. Feet are just hard to draw, because of the many different angles and how flexible it is.
