You're right, they're wrong. It's been a few decades since I passed my test, but I'm sure it's illegal to reverse out onto a main road, which that clearly was. Nice choice of music too!

Should of been more aware of hazards and been prepared to stop and be helpful instead of blasting 2 unlimited and thinking they own that bit of road.

To help you with the basics, first time the cam car would have seen the car would have been when it stupidly reversed into the road of which is illegal. Secondly, no car cam stop that quick, if it had stopped, then that car would have hit the cam car. Cam car did the right thing. Driver was an ex driving instructor. He had quit due to the amount of bad drivers.
