Foods That Famous Chefs Absolutely Won't Eat

Ойын-сауық

You might think that celebrity chefs enjoy every food out there, but even the classiest of chefs has a food that makes them shove the plate away like a child. In some cases, it’s because of unnatural and processed ingredients, but others have aversions to certain vegetables as well. If you’ve ever watched these chefs on TV and noticed they go out of their way to avoid certain ingredients, now you know why. From everyone who has piled on hate for truffle oil to the food that is only served at Bobby Flay’s restaurants when he’s away, here are some foods that famous chefs absolutely won’t eat.

From personal experience, every restaurant I have ever been that makes “soup of the day” serves it for AT LEAST a week, more typically a month and they will make a batch one to twice a week. If you so happen to be the unlucky fellow to receive a bowl that is on its 3rd or 4th re-heat, I pray you have a strong immune system.

Not all places do. Most places owned by people who are basically just business ppl will keep soup till it's gone, which is gross. If soup is made with any type of leftovers or almost expired stuff, it's gotta go after 2 days max...that what happens with ppl like you who know about food safety & quality. I am an average cook, and I can do it in that time even when I make my own pizza sauce! Why eat junk when you can easily eat fresh, without preservatives? Are you saved friend? If you died tonight will you go to heaven or hell? God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh to take away the sin of the world. He gave up his own life to save yours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for your redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. This is the Gospel which means the Good News. Isaiah 45:22-23 KJV Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. [23] I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. John 1:1-3,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] The same was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. [14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, Isaiah 44:6 KJV Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Revelation 1:17-18 KJV And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: [18] I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. John 20:27-29 KJV Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. [28] And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. [29] Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

And I had a chance to see many or even too many people just ordering a takeaway because they didn't want to bother with cooking. Wikipedia: “Many truffle oils are not made from truffles, but instead use manufactured aromatic compounds including 2,4-dithiapentane (one of many aroma active compounds that can be found in some truffle varietals) with an oil base. There are no regulations regarding the labeling of 2,4-dithiapentane and it can legally be called truffle aroma, truffle flavor, truffle concentrate or other similar terms, even though it is not extracted from truffles. In the United States, the ingredient may use the modifiers ‘organic’ or ‘natural’ as long as the components meet the federal requirements for those terms.” Also: “2,4-Dithiapentane is an organosulfur compound.” So gross! I had no idea, now I’m definitely never going to eat any of those truffle fries they sell at burger joints. Really grateful to know more about this.
