💗70年前,吉隆坡茨厂街有一个档口,专卖油炸小吃。区区一元几角的街边小吃,却养活了一家大小。自1953年创业,传承了好几代,如今来到了第四代!这就是当地无人不晓的《江夏笑口枣》。别小看这是一个小档口,售卖的油炸小吃种类繁多,足以让你看得眼花缭乱!除了大家熟悉的咸煎饼、油条、萨骑马、萝卜糕和炸虾饼,也有卖充满古早味的笑口枣、 沙翁 、马脚、蛋散等等,让我们重拾旧时光品尝好滋味。
😄笑口枣其实又叫「开口笑」,因为炸的过程之中,粉团会自己裂开,形似笑容,因而得名。不说不知,原来笑口枣不宜趁热食,要放凉之后吃才美味。裹上芝麻的笑口枣, 是以前广东人春节传统小吃之一。如此好意头的小吃,深得人们的喜爱,一家大小都喜欢吃。
🥧沙翁, 源自于中国的油炸甜食,流行于香港、广东、河南等地 。 沙翁表面脆口、内里松化,而且蛋味香浓。 炸熟后裹上一层白糖,犹如满头白发的老翁。以前在香港很多酒楼和茶餐厅都有售卖这种甜食,如今只能在一些旧式饼家才找得到。
📌我不是美食家,不去点评食物,而是站在另一个角度去欣赏美食,感恩厨师的付出和辛劳,也敬佩传统美食业者的坚持。

In Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur, there is a stall that sells fried snacks. With a 70-year history, 'Kong Har Siu Hou Jou' offers a variety of traditional fried snacks and pastries that have been passed down through generations. One of the most unique items is called Siu Hou Jou. During the frying process, the pastry cracks open by itself, forming a smiling face, hence the name.
Another delightful snack is known as Sa Yong, a traditional treat wrapped in cream that tastes like a doughnut. It is coated with a layer of white sugar. In the past, many restaurants in Hong Kong used to sell this pastry, but nowadays, you can only find it in a few traditional bakery shops.

    微信支付和支付宝已经进军马来西亚的数字钱包领域。一般上,在市中心著名商场、便利店、国际连锁餐厅都通行,但是并不能涵盖全国,毕竟这里普遍使用Touch’n Go电子钱包。
