OMGod’s Tongue! The queen's egg benedict. This week we make breakfast with this easy and classic Eggs Benedict recipe, but with a special added twist by none other that the queen Naikiri Erina!
In this video, we’re going straight into the classics with a TASTY and FLAVOURFUL eggs Benedict recipe inspired from Queen Erina in Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma 食戟のソーマ. Learn how to make hollandaise sauce easy and from scratch as we go through the steps of a classic English breakfast- English muffins topped with crispy bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and a special ingredient…karasumi! This ingredient can be tough to find, so we used fish roe instead, which adds a touch of briny umami richness to the dish. We even have steps for you to learn how to fix a broken hollandaise sauce, for when things go wrong in the kitchen. No sweat, we’re all learning and having fun!
We gotta be honest- this dish was INSANE. The traditional English breakfast is great- but with a simple touch of fish roe, this classic dish now BLOWS OUR MINDS. You gotta try it, happy cooking!

What is wrong with you guys?! This dish is the epitome of pride and luxury, and I criticised 3 videos right now for using store-bought cheap as muffins! You make them yourself, prepare them in advance if necessary but in the most prideful dish in anime you should take pride! I mean no disrespect though thanks for putting yourself out there
