This is me trying to figure out how to make Ji Dan Guan Bing (鸡蛋灌饼/Chinese Egg Filled Flatbread). It is a popular Chinese street food. It is very tasty and versatile, please try it sometime!

Recipe I used:
Egg filled flatbread recipe:
For making 6 flatbread
Dough:
All purpose flour: 250 g
Room temperature water: 150 g
Yeast: 1/8 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Flour and oil mixture:
Flour: 2 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Other ingredients:
Eggs, green onions and salt
Xiao Gao Jie:

Remember, if the problem is being dried out, you can usually fix by just adding water, just give a light mist of water and cover with a towel for 30m and repeat if needed.

PDX here. H mart is good but limited. I use Weeee to order my Chinese and Japanese goods. For great Ma LA spices I love the MaLa market. I also like how you use oopsies to teach the process
