HELLO! My husband and I are proud food truck owners of Holy Smokz BBQ in Moneta VA. I was wondering, what type of POS system and warmers do you guys use?

We currently use an apple iPad PRO 10.5" running Square register with Square stand (A-SKU-0592) with tap and swipe card reader. We have a Star TSP 650 II thermal printer for the receipts and order tickets. We use an APG Cash Drawer, part # VB 320-BL1616 that is connected to the system and actuates with every transaction. Our warmers are Avantco W50 12x20 1500 watt from Webstaurant.
Would a thermal ticket machine be better?

That's what we use. We resort to written tickets only when there is a problem with the thermal. It's a Star TSP650 II.
