Holy crap man that's awesome! Tell that soux chef she's the heart and soul of the operation! Really like the insight into the food truck stuff and the time it takes. Much appreciated.

So, so, so, SO much to consider in this business, starting w/menu and necessary equipment (just on the TRUCK!) Having the truck be an extension of a pre-existing brick n mortar has gotta be an advantage. Thanks for giving us a glimpse of that perspective.

Do what they do in recording studios with the cable, It's called over under method and you can just throw it out.

Where did you get your truck from? And how did you customize it? My husband and I are doing a food truck once we have enough money to get the basic things we need. We're just gonna do a food stand. Untill we can get a truck.

Look on Facebook marketplace, you can find them for 30-50k you may have to put some work into them.
Unsolicited suggestion: If you wrap your electric cables "over / under" then you should be able to just toss it and there should not be any kinks, tying up in bunches. Takes seconds to toss a cable and plug it in for power. I hope this helps. Yes, it takes a bit of practice.
I am in the process of building out a pizza trailer :)

I stopped watching after you started complaining about the tangled cord. It was ok when you pulled it out of the truck and you screwed up un-winding by throwing it on the ground which in a tangled mess. Next time unwind it while it's still in a group and take one one and unwind it slowly.

You need to treat your employees better. You are the one that messed the cord up by throwing it around.
