Im german, the drink is from a german company. We pronounce it like santi did, but we use the german word for sun, "Sonne", so "Caprisonne". So I feel like the american pronunciation is the not so good one

The reveal of the fruit punch being blue in the Caprisun was *amazing* lol, their reactions were priceless!

@@pileofjunkincYeah, that was very clearly a Koolaid Jammer, and right after that he even said “There’s no way Caprisun betrays me” and cuts to him pouring the Caprisun. I think it was probably a bit of bad editing in the voice line and unclear notation for that bit. Maybe having the image of each juice pouch on the screen would help that get cleared up.

I already knew this because they made the bottom of the pouches see-through for a few years lol

Quite a long time ago there was a Lawsuit between some parents and Caprisun. As a result of this lawsuit, Carpisun was forced to make the bottom of their packages clear. So when I was younger, I got some of these clear bottom packages and was surprised that basically all the flavors were clear. This made me wonder what other "juice" drinks that hid the color of the liquid looked like, and after pouring a bunch of different drinks into cups I learned that, if you can't see the juice drink without transferring it into a different container, then they don't bother to color it most of the time. So TLDR: I have known for years that most fruit punches aren't red.

I have a blackberry flavored drink next to me and it is red, also in spanish we call it "mora" which is realted to one of our words for purple "morado", and is part of of a combination called "frutos rojos" red fruits which also includes strawberries, cherries, cranberries and raspberries sometimes even blueberries are added into that, and it is an icecream flavor or even a tea flavor. My guess is Santi may have been referring to that.

I actually developed an allergy to red dye 40 as a kid. It would make my lips swell up and I’d break out in hives. It ended up going away after a year or so, which was really weird, but I’m glad it did since you find that dye in just about everything.

Lol, I've spilled CapriSun enough times that I knew that a lot of juice pouches might be clear or lightly colored. Caught me off guard that the KoolAid was actually blue, but it also makes sense because it's KoolAid.

You know it's a good theory when it ends with defeat and being so upset at the results.

To put the straw in a capri sun, force the juice to the top then fold the top back so the plastic portion is directly over the center. Never over-pierce your capri sun again

This is the only theory channel that is still decent since this channel is very different to other channels, the other channels have started to blend in with other content creators and are less unique but the idea of food theory is still unique and fun

My mum's fruit punch is 1L each of Golden Circle golden pash, sunshine punch and pineapple juice mixed with 1.25L ginger beer and 3L lemonade (I'm Australian so the Aussie lemonade, a lemon/lime soft drink) size up or size down as needed. We have a large punch bowl. Sometimes we even add a can of Golden Circle fruit salad. You can freeze some of the juice to use as ice cubes so as not to water down the punch. It's delicious, we often have to top it up at parties. And if you're worried about the ginger, I hate ginger as it gives me a headache but I love this drink.

you don't have to put the straw in the juice in one motion you can just align the straw on the straw hole thing and just push it in, with the juice pouches that caprisun use do the same point it a bit downwards diagonally so you don't puncture trough the straw hole and the back of the pouch
