Seems to be the trend for toilets in the Phillipines not being connected to a tank or flushometer (or connected to one that does not work) - lack of money/investment means fixtures fall into disrepair which elsewhere they would get repaired. Typical pail flush toilet here. At least you enjoyed the food on offer!

Yeah, money is the main reason they don't have nicer toilets there.

Idea: they should put it on a hose instead of pail flushing it if they dont use the tank

Pail flushing works for most people there, otherwise they would probably upgrade it.

It's in the Philippines and they don't have Gerber there so it must be something different.

Heck no!! No tank, no flushometer, no plumbing, like seriously?!! Cheapskates tryna cheat the water bill. 😂

Well, this is rather interesting and a little strange, looks like we’re gonna have to pain flush this toilet because there’s no tank or flushometer in existence. Don’t know what brand this toilet is looking like it could be a glacier Bay
