He will experience these approaches first hand participating in different forms of physical activity (foraging, exercise, hiking, rehabilitation training) cooking, participating in scientific experiments, practicing self care (meditating, moving, recreating) and various other forms of positive lifestyle habits. This will include understanding mental and physical health, wellness, science, health literacy and medical topics. As he explores each topic he will explain their benefits and share his experience with viewers.
