Food From Wood - Edible insects with woodbased plant waste
This research project of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland takes place in a laboratory in Linthal, Glarus. We use weigh scales and a moisture analyser from Mettler-Toledo.

We do not have palm weave worm in my country, instead we have a similar kind which we dig from a cattle kraal after good rains, we also consume mopane worms.
