Lamentation et Triomphe goes so hard. I know people were saying Genshin music won't be the same without Yu-Peng Chen, and don't get me wrong I would have loved to hear his take on Fontaine, but the best Fontaine tracks still hold up to the standard of the previous regions imo. This is still high-tier among video game OSTs.

Fontaine osts are underrated. Sumeru is great but Fontaine hits differently.

Fontaine battle'theme seems noble, not hurry, not dramatic, just elegant like dancing

10:17 is definitely my favourite! It captures the feeling of battling underwater perfectly! ❤

Every time I hear the trumpets at the beginning of Lamentation et Triomphe, around 2:25 I always think of the Mor Ardain theme "roaming the waste" from Xenoblade 2

I would say that it's incredibly heavy spoilers, considering it's related to like, the most important set of characters in Fontaine, and debatably in all the lore. But if you need to know, it's the Narzissenkreuz Ordo motif. The same group with Rene, Jakob, Alain, and Mary-Ann. @@sungvin

Ironically for being one of the prettiest places, Fontaine definitely feels like it has the darkest lore, even moreso than Enkanomiya. Especially when it comes to what Rene did. Fontaine is definitely the calm before the storm, when Natlan swings around. @@sungvin

Why this combat OST is so... Elegant

Track 3 escalates so amazingly. Everytime I think it can build no longer, it does again. My favorite from start to end with the dramatic violins that remind me of the intensity of "Undersea Encounters" from Enkanomiya. And just LISTEN to 9:25!!

HOW DOES THE MUSIC KEEP GETTING BETTER WITH EACH PATCH!?

i want to know what are the beta version of these battle themes, i remember hearing them on the 4.0 beta test on youtube but almost nowhere to be found after that and even today, it almost feels like im having an amnesia cause i feel like they just dont exist

If I remember correctly, the Fontaine battle themes don't have the leitmotif because they are no longer composed by Yu-Peng Chen
