One has that too, so many recipes, I don't always have all ingredients for my favorite, yours looks awesome, can include recipe in the description, or start a website of recipes and put link, you and partner can create a page with recipes of all things done and will do? Your sauce looked solid, I like heat, chilies or Chinese chili oil be great, offer options, let us know if would do something different next time? Remember recipe is a template. Tyvm tc PS, the green onion and water you tried to macerate, can get a morter and pestle like $5-10, do in that, it's very useful to have, don't spend a lot, but could chop the green onion, and smash the garlic and add to hot water so get those oils in them, my daughter broke my $50 huge Mortar and pestle, bought me one for $6 and good enough, can get a microplane/grater at dollar general, but think you used one? If I had the amounts ingredients used I'd make asap to try as is, know would add heat next time, but I always try as seen first.
