Beautiful, would like to see more ideas out of Helen’s books. You make it look so easy but it doesn’t look so easy when I am reading her books. I just need to practice her techniques. Thank you for sharing.

💕✍️ Thank you, Claire! This is a very helpful and inspiring video. I’ve had both of Helen Elliston’s Special Effects books for quite some time, so you’ve inspired me to finally get busy with them! 😁💕

Thank you Claire for the tutorial. I have her book and haven’t tried the butterfly. I wondered how to blend the orange into the yellow without another color to transition. Think I’ll see if I can add a butterfly to one of the coloring books I have. Thanks again. I always get a smile out of watching you color. You make it so joyful.

Have also her books but no books with plane butterflies. My pencils are not easy on the paper. A pity of the second book that she gives pencil numbers but difficult to match if you have another brand. I find your result really spectacular! I was surprised how much pressure your put on the pencil

Awesome job - it looks beautiful! 💜 You could go over the white lines with a Prismacolor pencil to soften the brightness of the white, but using your fingers woks too ^_~ Hope you are feeling better and that you'll have a good day! ^^

Hi, I can’t do many out of that book as it’s “giving away” Helen’s secrets if you know what I mean, but she has said I can do another video with a page from her new book soon so look out for that x

:}}...Well if that's true you certainly improved a lot. I'll tell you my story with an art teacher. I actually used to make a living painting tshirts then glassware and crockery for about 8 years but when I was at school doing art the teacher called me up in front of the whole class when I was 12 and said, " This the worst artist I have ever seen in my whole teaching career." lolol. I nearly died of embarrassment but there you go. I made a living for a long enough time in spite of her insult yet colouring I can definitely improve at.

Where are the LoL emojis when you need one. Don't mince your words Claire. You should see if your art teacher is on FB or Twitter and if so, send them an invite to your channel.

You said that if you want to know all of the steps, "buy the book, it's the best tenor you'll ever scent". What? I'm confused. I've rewound four times and am still not sure what you mean. What does a type of singing voice and a smell have to do with purchasing a book? Is the last word spend? Because that would make sense, lol, but where does a tenor come in? Am I misunderstanding a colloquial English phrase or something? Even google isn't helpful, as it sometimes is. Thanks for explaining.
