The faith connection for values-based leadership can truly begin and end with Jesus' example. The last portion of John 21:15-23 illustrates how Jesus identifies the uniqueness of two followers: Peter and John. By speaking to Peter, based on Peter's values, Jesus also carves out the long-term plan for each disciple, thus using each disciple based on their values and unique contributions for further ministry opportunities.
