Tag along on a descending Hiit ladder workout with me in the beautiful nature of Sweden.
HIIT is short for 'high-intensity interval training'; an effective exercise that is proven to maximize your results and take less time than the average workout session. For example, a HIIT training session, although vigorous, can take only about 7 to 12 minutes, followed by some recovery exercises.
There is only 4 exercises in this ladder workout and we start of at the top of the ladder working each exercise 60 second with no rest in between. When all 4 exercises are done there is a 20 second rest until the next set begins.
In the next set we drop down 10 seconds and continue doing this each set until we reach 10 seconds, exampel bellow.
60 sec (Work) 60 sec (Work) 60 sec (Work) 60 sec (Work) 20 sec (rest)
