This video is about making a folding dining table. Base was made from red oak and top boards are maple. I think it was the last project with large parts in my small woodshop, it was a real test to fininsh this table. I need a spacious workshop, big mooving soon.

Yes, this is the one. Saw design like this years ago at friends house and loved it. Everybody doing those stored under table extensions, hate it. This is perfect design!

Why didn't you use the same tenoning jig for the table rail tenons as for the legs. Variety in method, perhaps?

Пример того что прекрасный план, отличное исполнение, дорогие материалы, а на выходе по факту не раздвижной обеденный стол, а сдвижная столешница для веранды или в сарай. Обидно, пропало столько труда и надежд. Ведь в комнату можно поставить данный стол только под скатерть. Хотя на дачу поставить можно.
so 2 years on.how did that table top hold up? cause i don't see where you took into account expansion and from what i can see you glued a board right across the underside. It's a nice design otherwise. One other thing tho, I genuinely feared for your hands the entire way thru the video, for your own sake, lose the gloves near any spinning machinery and tuck in the draw strings from your hood. No criticism, just honest safety concerns.
It's really a split tabletop not a folding table.

Did you miss the title, description and several annotations in the video that there are free plans? I don't know how much more help you can get, but I'm really grateful that he did all the work behind this video and then generously gave the plans as well. Perhaps you meant to say that too and then ask for assistance, rather than just complain 🌸
