Regarding AKcc: I think you can fold preflop, I might prefer this line, can't see many better good things happening here. Like if we hit an A or a K, he wouldn't blast off AQ enough or something. As played, calling to fold flop seems a bit bad imo, I guess we were expecting B25 or something, but this deep his size doesn't seem that bad. Regarding QQ: I doubt pot OTT is very good, in fact I would expect for us to be X-ing quite a lot here, have played similar spots and the 3BW turn is almost a range X, so I would imagine potting it is quite bad, as played donk river seems good. AsKc: I think we might consider jamming river, blocking nut FDs and as you said- he unlikely has QQ sizing half OTR. KK I always call with the dead ace withoiut any info, if he has AA, good for him.

Think this is all very fair mate, can't say I overly disagree with any of it! Not super familiar with the QQ turn spot but it was a rec and I just wanted value, maybe greedy. Jamming river with AK probably not in my arsenal on day 1 of the main 😅

Really like shoving the AsKx on KQ455 two spades. Early on day 1 of the main he probably only calls QQ and KK, 4 combos. Probably doesn’t even have QQ for the river sizing so it prints

Yeah it crossed my mind but these people can also lie for no reason, and even still, it's either KK or AA and there's one combo left of each. Still don't like it for my tournament life!

I think the dealer should reset the hand as soon as you see the dead ace. So really this spot shouldn't exist. But I would call. Think about it : he sees the aces blocker, so you're way more likely to have KK/AK/QQ. And if he has a second ace in his hand, he has an insanely good bluffing opportnunity, as you only have 1 combo of aces left (down from 6 normally).

seriously, calling the clock after 2 minutes is absolutely fine. If everyone did that then we wouldn't have a bunch of fuckers tanking every hand. In reality you know what you'll do in 2 minutes and your decision from what you'd do after 2 minutes isn't gonna change. I've played the main event plenty a time, and i always sit down and tell everyone i'll call clock if i see tanking. You get these morons who see their hand, just stare at the table for 45 seconds and then fold, with them i call the clock nonstop. Poker is meant to be fun and i definitely don't agree when you say you shouldn't call the clock after 2 minutes. Let's be real sometimes theres a guy who's always playing fast and then he's in a spot and is tanking for a bit, that i don't mind because the rest of the time he's not slowing the game down. But i've been at the main event where a player at my table tanked for 12 minutes, Fuck that lol

I get noting the board run outs, positions and bets per street - but how the heck are you knowing their stack sizes?

That was probably the worst fold in history. You seen the one guy whose card was flipped over you seen it was an ace and then you seen him get his next card and then shake his head which tells you he would have had pocket aces if the dealer want to f***** up. So therefore there's only two more aces left and the chances of somebody having them is very slim you got to pay attention to what's going on around you I guarantee you any poker pro would have said that they would have snap called especially after seeing the ace as a burn horrible fold

Not at all. If it's dealt properly (and utg isn't lying), he opens, sb 3b, i 4b, utg 5bs and I'm folding at that point anyway. If he is lying and its KK vs KK, we almost certainly chop at some point.

I am turning this off after the kings explanation. You cannot fold with an Ace showing. I think he has queens more often than aces or the last kings.
