Could you please do a video on state and local FOIA I’m specifically thinking of a local county health department. In the beginning of this video you mentioned it’s different. Is is much different? Thank you for this video and your Organization 💛

Okay I have requested information from 4 agencies and I’m fairly certain that at least one may have information that I need. I received a response from the FBI fairly quickly and it says: Based on the information you provided we conducted a search of the places reasonably expected to have records. However, we were unable to identify records responsive to your request. Therefore your request is being closed. I do believe that there is something more that they haven’t expounded upon here and there are records somewhere. I was also wondering since my wife passed away in August and I have POA can I request documents on her behalf? I think it’s possible that they may have used her to get to me? Maybe? Items of a certain intrinsic value were taken where no one knew their location save three people who I spoke to on the phone. These were my family members and since I knew no one of a foreign country. My wife may have been their doorway because she actually worked in a dental office for some Korean Immigrants/ American Citizens now who were born in Korea obviously. So past that I’m not sure how else they could have legally attained legal permission to get a Foisa warrant to listen and get the location of those items and they had enough value that had my family been involved it would have been obvious if they had betrayed me and made a deal.

For any state: File under the Brady’s Rule place that into your case. They have 30days and if police or prosecutor withhold it’s a felony and also for the Judge. File in a different court/in equity and a Judge has to order them to release or go to jail.

How long does it take for it to work, my half brother died and the FBI is holding the he's death certificate, and We have a pro bono lawyer on it.

Can please videos and 911 call logs be accessed from I tried through Publix records with the detective division on Discovery to get them and they said that they couldn't that I couldn't get access to that and I need them to prove my case in court I feel that that will lead for me to be successful in my court case for my child custody but they said there's no way I could acquire that that I could acquire like a summary of what was said in the 911 cause but no I cannot get the police video or the 911 call
