Just subscribed. Found your channel as I follow other truckers but I like your calmer professionalism. Only came to trucking 4 years ago aged 55 with designs on European work but decided too old to do that now . Still a baby in the industry but learning every day . Thanks for the uploads.

Always entertaining videos and I'm not even a truck driver. Ive been subsribed for only 3 months so it was good to see you coming to Blanca to pick up which is where I've lived for the last 32 years. I know a lot of the areas you pick up from in the Murcia/Alicante area which makes them all the more interesting for me. Keep 'em coming.

I remember seeing your wagon parked in catral. Our old warehouse was junction 733 toward callosa though not catral, we recently moved to a larger building near rafal. You get a good cup of coffee at the ice cream parlour on the corner just as you walk into the town in catral.

You really get too travel through some nice little towns. Always carry some rachet straps in different sizes. Good tip putting the rachet off the bar, hugs the pallet more. And yeah I've always done the roundabout trick with the odd pallet 😂

Wish i had done that sort of work when i.was younger, I'm 60 now doing class 2 multiy drops to big supermarkets i enjoy it cause i know most of them ,but enjoy watching your vlogs keep up the good work.

As a member of "The Good Old Boys" I have been asked to bring this rather serious matter to your attention. it seem s to us that what you have shown is the only people living in Spain are those who drive fork lifts. I suppose that is possible but where have all the señoritas gone? We would like to see them driving fork lifts and saying hello. Even a few screamers would be a change. But please, no Barbushkars. Another lovely ride thank you. As you seem to be a master of knowledge perhaps you can help. Retired at 70 before Christmas but a local haulier via an agency got in touch and i have been doing a couple of runs for him. The problem lies with he drops the lorry of outside my house at 6am and i leave it there when i have finished normally 19.00. Without having to go to his yard to scan my drivers card 40mile round trip, is there an free online service i can use if i can get a card reader please? Thanks John, Suffolk

Hi, “master of knowledge” is funny, I just seem to know a lot of random useless information 😂😂 To try to help you, The firm you’re working for can set up automatic downloads. That way you never have to do anything, it’s done at a regular time of week and is sent straight from tacho head to whatever system they are using. You’ll see a little “wheel” going around on the screen when it’s happening but that’s all. Alternatively, you could buy a downloader with an SD card slot, download card to it and leave SD card for the company they can download the SD card to their system when they pick the lorry up again, leave the SD card for you next time. I don’t know of any online systems like you asked about but someone else might and be able to leave a comment to help you. Hope that’s of some help. 😁

I guess that would make sense, they would have a supply in their depots. I think Ocado are changing all theirs to gas too. 😁

There is a gas station at jct 18 crick gas rec who i work for sainsbury's we have lng trucks at crick depot volvos about 30 tesco have volvos asda scanias DHL arla plus a few more also some European trucks use it also good blogs very imformative safe travels

good video been to some of the loading sites before but i did have a LHD truck better in europe than a RHD truck i bought a Kennworth T670 in germany more space than scanias

I’ve driven both RHD & LHD. I find it LHD easier in Europe but aren’t the easiest in UK, roads typically being smaller, traffic busier and the way our roundabouts are designed. I guess it’s just personal choice and practice. Thanks for watching. 😁

It is very very rare that this company does Italy, every now and again it sends a low loader to Germany to do a specific job. This company’s work is mostly UK or Spain. But I’ve done all over Europe and I’ll go anywhere they send me, Every Days An Adventure 😁🚚💨💨

Hi, well that depends on what you mean. Am I happy? Yes. I have a wonderful son, who I’m very close to despite the miles and 2 beautiful grandchildren. My morgage is paid. I have everything I need. I’m doing a job I like. I’ve been lucky enough to visit many different countries and meet some amazing people. Am I home every weekend, No but it doesn’t bother me. To be honest even when I’m home I can’t sit still. I hate “normal & routine”. I like adventure & challenge, even if I don’t manage a thing I can have a laugh failing 😂😂 Being a single parent was never in my plan but it must have been in God’s. So I have worked hard and with the help of my Mom, dedicated my life making sure my son had everything he needed and more as well as a good role model. It hasn’t been easy, why should my life be any easier than anyone else’s!? What I will say is doing this job you have to have the right people around you, same as if you were in the military. You are not home every weekend, you will miss appointments, you will miss your loved ones but you’ll make the most of every moment you are with them.

Who told you that crap about not crossing solid white lines in the UK! If you need to turn right into a side road or an entrance way then it is perfectly okay in the UK. I don't know anything about what European countries rules are, but I DO know the UK rules! Just for confirmation, I am a retired HGV/LGV/PSV driving instructor with more than 15 years experience and held a Class 1 licence for 40 years!
