That Dire Straits song "You and Your Friend" is one of the best songs to listen too through Focal or any hi end speakers...I love my Focal speakers in my truck with my JL Audio subs and McIntosh amps...I also use Focal studio monitors in my recording studio...Focal is awesome

They sound lovely thru my Radio Shack Mach 1 speaker pair with my powerful 15 watt Emerson stereo without bass and treble. It just has tone control. Using ordinary patched up Christmas light cords. I took all the bulbs out except 2 of them for a psychedelic lighting effect.

Do you miss Class A bias in these amps?

Vovox Textura Fortis is still a strong performer?

They definitely need running in....including the Michi Amps. There's a reason Focal are highly regarded in Audio...you guys just experienced it and crazily it goes higher...ie the Grand Utopias.

Nice setup, but I don't understand the fast edits to only let us hear clips, or chunks of a song. If you're going to demo the sound, then let us actually listen to it.

"...and gets you that wife approval" Those FS2's sound great even on my PC headphones. As for the Michi's, well they're Michi's. Velvet sledgehammers.

The Kantas are already expensive. But the Sopras look so much better haha...

That wall of glass is very bad for the imaging. Need heavy drapes in front of the glass. Nice system.

I know...if you have to ask...but, how much would that setup set you back?

with all the peripherals, 40ish thousand i suspect. speaker are near 20k, amp and pre are 12 to 15k, cables, power conditioner etc....

When the first fella is talking i can detect a terrible reverberation. But when second fella talks it sounds different.

Not true. Life is full of choices and compromises. You can choose an expensive house, but not be able to afford high end toys or you can choose a cheap, low cost house and buy nice toys. That was my choice, cheap house and nice toys. Most people buy too expensive of a house and they can never afford the really nice toys. I am much happier in my poor man's mobile home listening to my high end audio and driving a nice vehicle than people in their expensive houses with no money left after paying the mortgage.

@@hot99pas I disagree. We edited the video to allow it to be shown. Some music blocks your entire video from even being shown. We spent alot of time and effort making the video possible. This isnt the last video of these speakers you will see on this channel. Be patient
