Ingredients for 30x40cm pan:
•250g Semolina Flour
•250g All-Purpose Flour
•150g Boiled potatoes
•260g Water
•20g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•10g Salt
•4g Sugar
•6g Dry yeast
•Cherry tomatoes
•Olives
•Oregano
Bake at 250°C for 15 minutes
