The achievement for collecting every gift is called "Very Important Person", with the description stating "VIP - Find all prizes in the game". My guess is that the unused VIP room might've been used as an in-game reward for meeting said criteria, with a staff bot blocking the entrance until you do so.

15:36 I'm pretty sure Markiplier actually saw this place in his playthrough. He noticed that Freddy loads in a random spot, if you were to call him over, and he saw that Freddy came out from behind the level 10 doors in Rockstar Row. He got Freddy close to the doors so that he could see inside, and in there he saw this glitched out area with another Freddy in there, t-posing.

Same with matpat. There was a lvl 10 door and when Freddy was summoned. He somehow got it to open. But still could not enter it.

@@Dremag_Gaming You actually can enter those areas by getting in Freddy and then getting out while facing the open door. iirc nothing loads in when you enter that area though and the game crashes shortly after. The one between Monty Golf and the daycare can be entered without crashing the game, though.

@@Dremag_Gaming Freddy has to respawn somewhere on the map thats a set distance from you; some times that location has to be on the other side of a door you can't open; to prevent Freddy from getting stuck, he can open any door.

@@Dremag_Gaming All the animatronics have a skeleton key script that allows them to open any and all doors. This is so when they spawn they can't get stuck behind closed doors. Unfortunately this also means they can access Level 10 doors which are used to block off parts of the map that never got finished, and are supposed to be unopenable by the player due to Level 8 being the highest possible access level. Seems like all doors have the same script attached to them and level 10s don't have any exception to prevent the skeleton key script from running.

@@grey-c8138 The level 10 door in Rockstar Row leads to that small tunnel you enter after Freddy opens the vent on the floor in the backstage control room. You can get to the other side of the door normally just be entering the door next to the main stage in the atrium. Looking through the door after you get Freddy to open it you just see blackness and a T-posing Freddy, but using Freddy to place you through the door will load all the textures again. At least it did for me.

I can just tell the mod community is going to have a field day reimplementing the missing features and maps and probably bug fixes

A lot of the cut areas I wish were in the game like the utility tunnels as Freddy the tunnels go everywhere. Also a way to fix the loading problem with the view of Roxy raceway from Bonnie bowl is to have a separate room with one of those big drop down doors labeled viewing room and could have seating as a place people could eat looking over Roxy Raceway. The Utility tunnels that go to Monty golf and the daycare could be blocked by gates either requiring the voice box or Monty’s claws. The VIP areas seem like good addition. Also adding more mini games like the bowling game or even some arcade games that could be played would be nice.

@@_trashvis_ I don't think it was too ambitious far from it, it seems more like the game went through too many changes too fast leading to a weird amalgamation of projects, even the trailer from 6 months before release looks wildly different from the actual game in both storyline and level design

You can really tell how fraught this development team was while making this. Some of these changes must have been so frighteningly last-minute.

Of course when he starts talking about the bowling minigame, Wii Sports’s theme starts.

There was a message in the final game that said how an arcade machine called Chica's Feeding Frenzy won't turn off, just like the 3 princess quest games, and another message in the secret Daycare room that basically tells us that there's another person that's been trying to save the "princess" by playing the 2 Princess Quest games, but the 3rd one in Vanny's hideout won't turn on. Maybe Chica's Feeding Frenzy was supposed to be playable and to be "glitched" like in BB World to actually unlock the last Princess Quest minigame and get the 3 star ending.

Damn, with all this cut content and with how buggy the game turned out, it makes me think that something must've happened during development that led to alot of things getting cut. It's kinda sad tbh. I hope some of these things can be implemented at some point.

If they ever release a dlc with a new ending where vanny and afton fuse, or vanny gets' more intense, they should definitely reuse that unused jumpscare. The unused hallways that connect certain areas would be perfect for a hardmode; since it could disable the elevators, meaning the animatronics won't be unloaded and might follow you. Sure they might not add them, but being open to dlc, there are many ways to readd the stuff that's unused if you wanted to. Granted some pc's might not run it well, but if they added more graphics options and sliders for things like FOV (also unused), it could help a lot with those low-end pc's and even keep people with good pc's the option for HD textures to read things like maps.

another thing to mention about the Febuary trailer: A small detail that's only seen in 3 scenes total, you can see that Chica's guitar design is completely different than any material that comes after this trailer. Her guitar in this trailer has 4 points (unlike the final, being a five-point star shape), and is decorated with a blue sort of zebra pattern.

The problem is that however incredible that would be, (and I do really want it), is that director's cuts are rare for videogames as you basically have to remake the entire game. Its not like a movie where you just need to reorganize some unused footage.

they did scale it back, scott posted a video saying they had to lower the res of textures to get it to work on PS5, its noticable how blurry some things are, they said that they are working to patch the graphics but it might be a while

That is a disgusting amount of unused content. I hope they release more with DLC. This game definitely needed a LOT more time. It's such a shame.

there's so much unused stuff, the size, the mess of bugs, and more that it's not really wrong to say that this game was released unfinished. i genuinely believe that this game was released... at least somewhat unfinished. im pretty sad that it was released in such a state, i wish that they went against the community and released it much later. if it was, it would've been my favourite game for the right reasons. i hope the game gets updated to include a lot of this stuff. ill keep an open mind for steel wool, i believe they could make a huge update to have more content, but for now id just be good with a major bug fix update.

I kind of wish they would of just taken majority of thus unused stuff out of the main game (that way it fixes most of the bugs and most of file size) like I understand they want probably bring this things in with DLC but I think all of this extra unsure stuff is what lead to a bunch of glitches, unused dialog, and other issues.

I think the reason all this stuff goes unused is because Steelwool rushed last minute so they spliced off a lot of stuff that was supposed to be in the game to add in later DLC that would expand on the game and to make it more complete that would explain why the game is so disconnected and unfinished because it really is unfinished.

@@KiitsunaFox I mean, that's also Steel Wool's fault. They announced a completely impossible release date, and then proceeded to delay the game three times over two years. If they had just kept their mouths shut, I doubt there would be that kind of uproar in the fandom. Besides, I don't believe the common narrative that the fandom had any kind of power or influence over the game's release. I find it much more likely that it was a combination of pressure from Sony and Steel Wool simply running out of budget after delaying the game so many times. The fact that there exists evidence of some kind of last minute censorship in the game further points in that direction.

@@ghoulchan7525 Honestly, yeah. An inexperienced and small team dreaming too big and completely underestimating the amount of work that goes into making the kind of game they wanted to make. Seriously, the game that they ended up making is already too big for the manpower and budget they could muster, and all the cut content in the game points to the original vision being almost twice as big as what we got. Even a AAA development team would have trouble finishing the game Steel Wool wanted to make, in the timeframe they originally announced it at.

I love how this massive game can be speedran faster than Super Mario Bros.

This video makes me wish that SB was delayed again so that way steel wool could've added this stuff back into the actual game

One problem I have with this game and it's community is I see a lot of people are putting so much faith into the dlc. Saying how all the unused content will be in the dlc but will Steel Wool Studios do that? We've seen what they've done with Help Wanted and the dlc is completely different than the orginal game. A different atmosphere, new enemies, more lore and etc. People really want things that could've been in the final cut of the game just to be added later on instead of something like they did with Help Wanted (Dreadbear)? It's probably just me but I don't see them adding unused content as dlc a good idea.

No. I think they are hinting to them making "drastic changes" when the debug updates will be coming in. I've mentioned this before from another comment section, but I think that SB will be like subnautica. The game comes out early and story, content, and other thing that came out in the future. I have hope that Steel Wool will not forget the hard work they put into all this content that was cut and will open it eventually. But ed they don't...eh. You can't always get what you want, but it woulf be nice.

I think I might know what the giants vats are for. There is a unused freddy voiceline talking about a fizzy faz supply vault and maybe they will be added for dlc? this might also explain why theres a bunch of unused stuff in rockstar row. They could be potentially used to gain access for the area like how you would have to go to mazercize, go to daycare theater, go back to mazercize, then to monty golf as an example

"Hopefully it isn't paid DLC..." Woah, woah, setting your hopes a little high there mate. Also, whilst it is sad a lot of the backstage area was cut, it also makes sense. If it didn't have any use, you may as well cut it out

My guess is they would've been tied to unlocking the gallery or just more achievements. This is also assuming they didn't at some point fill the role the princess quest games ended up filling.

It's interesting how the cut rooms from the trailers have much better lighting and materials than anything on the actual game

Another fun fact is the Burntrap model seen in the gallery is a different model from the one used in-game.

I hope they release a definitive version of Security Breach eventually tbh I'd love to see all this stuff implemented efficiently without all the bugs and have it be properly beta tested since the base game obviously hadn't been released as intended

I also found it interesting that there’s hints at a deleted cutscene with Monty and maybe Roxy and Chica with him saying “you will do as a say. You will bring me what I want. And if you fail me, you will, BOTH OF YOU, WILL BURN!”

The fazwatch looks so cool..kinda makes the entire UI overall make more sense, too bad they ditched it.

I also wish that somebody in the future could possibly stitch together the better unused rooms. For example the windows in Bonnie Bowl and the connected corridors of El Chips among others.

9:30 This room reminds me of that one story from the fazbear frights series when the girl thought her friend fell into the sauce vats below and then went insane about it.

It makes me sad seeing how much of the game was cut out, for what I assume to be deadlines. The game we got is really good, but damn, imagine how much better it would've been with a bit more time in the oven and if they didn't have to censor so much stuff.

Right this game couldve been 10x better, It should've been released next year but companies pushed the deadline too early just for more christmas sales :/

I think the biggest thing I would’ve loved to see would be the utility tunnels. It’s implied at the beginning of the game that they were used to get employees around the pizzaplex faster, but the final version we got feels very closed off when you think about all the areas a normal utility tunnel should reach if built realistically. If they added those needing security clearance 8 or a combination of Monty and Chica gates to get through late game, not only would it be easier to travel around, but it would add great atmosphere.

Since you can be attacked while looking at the watch, I think it's a good thing that inventory and messages were moved to the pause menu.

I found another change, in the Nvidia trailer, when we go through the main lobby, the faz-pad logo looks much more hardcore than the calm version we have in-game.

This game had so much potential, we could have just waited another christmas.

That VIP room is very interesting. Imagine the adults interacting with the animatronics in there

I know that something happened during the development of this game, considering that steel wood studios has mostly made vr games, but I want to know what happened. Could we get this old version of the game in the future? Or a fan recreation

I hope they add some of theses unused content into some type of dlc

I'm pretty sure some of this stuff Will be added in the (most likely free) DLC

I feel like if they wanted too, the Devs could overhaul the game for multiplayer minigames and stuff as well as make the Pizza-Plex a huge place for players to roam around in with their friends or do a VR Chat sorta thing with.

"might get added" ? Must be added* Those are whole (logic) areas and fun minigames. If they've been scraped for some reason it's because of the game being released too early. It's a shame.

I rarely use cameras because the map qnd camera layout is too confusing for me.... I prefer the older version qnd maybe they will update it 😁

God I hope they update and add a lot of the cut content or maybe as a dlc anything to have the game they intended before they changed it

With how messily some elements of the story seem slapped together in terms of progression and bugs and such...Anyone else thinking that last delay was just to slap together what elements they had after realizing the game they wanted to make would take way too long to finish?

I am genuinely mad that they took SO MUCH from the trailers.

"Bowling Alley Behind The Scenes Stuff" = Pinsetters, spare parts, boxes of pins, bowling balls, etc. Would've been cool and a nice realistic touch. I spent a few years as a pinsetter mechanic and would have appreciated that!

Fun fact: Chica's Feeding Frenzy is still referenced by a message in the game. Like the Princess Quest arcade games, it's acting strangely, which may indicate that it would have been connected to the plot in some way.

Bet that the crash test dummy was an early version of the one that takes out Roxy.

The Bowling minigame NEEDS to be DLC. It must.

17:03 could have been how you start the game, and specifically explain how a child got into an animatronic without being noticed.

NGL the untextured hole could have been a funny joke on Vanny (the color) and Glitchtrap (being, you know, untextured). With the right lighting, it's pretty creepy.

All of this scrapped content makes me really think. If people wouldn’t have rushed Steelwool so much would we have had a less broken game and much more content? Im just hoping Steelwool is planning more than just bug fixes in future updates for the game.

It's also quite a shame that so much has been scrapped, because it looks like the game was running on a big timer at one point of the game, and that freddy's power might have been different too, probably even more areas locked by party passes, but now it's mostly scrapped. And for some reason, the game talks about the faz cam having a battery, but there's no faz cam battery

It's a real shame that so many of these things where cut, but hey even if these things would have definitely made the game cooler and better the game is still good! Can't wait for more of these lost bits!

Once people started to get really squirrelly and laying on the pressure for Steel Wool after months of no updates, teasers, etc. they basically had an "Oh shit, we gotta put this thing out now or never" moment and patched everything up with ducktape and zip ties, lopped off all the unfinished bits and slapped the game into markets (much to the game's detriment). From what we know so far the devs are working on patches for the various bugs and have mentioned plans to add DLC (with cut content included in either the patches or DLC).

The bowling alley “behind the scenes stuff” was probably an event that’s supposed to happen where endos will crawl out of the lanes after you pick up the Monty Mystery Mix. They will still appear like this, but they sort of just… pop into existence rather than coming out of the lanes.

Hope Steel Wool manage to eventually fix the majority of the broken bugs and mechanics and add all they wanted to because this game has so much more potential than what ended up being put out.

There have been so many cancelled, scrapped and unfinished games/portions of games through the years. This one makes me the most upset because I love fnaf and I love security breach as a game. I want there to be so much more. This game seems like it was completed to fast (released to soon and people have finished the game so quickly) I especially want a functioning Bonnie bowl and a glimpse of Glamrock Bonnie fr They should’ve just released it later and the game could be just a very long and large world game

I think a big reason why so much was cut, was because this was the one FNAF game being really pushed by Playstation. While help wanted was promoted by Playstation. That was pretty late in development of it, after being confirmed for Playstation VR. But Security Breach was from Beginning promoted by Playstation. I am guessing after Cawthom pushing it away from a 2020 release, PS got impatient and pushed for a 2021 release

fans: this game takes up so much space! does that mean we’re gonna have a huge play area? a bunch of secret characters? perfect coding? steel wool: S I L O S

Wtf! Just imagine how much more story and interactions would have happened with all of those removed places back in the game :(( I hope it gets added back in honestly.

It’s kind of sad how much things were removed. The game had so much potential and it could have been so much better, but I guess the team were pressured to release and they had many development problems, the main one being covid. I hope this game gets a dlc and I hope it redeems it and shows us what it can truly do. The game is still decent, it just could have been so much better

i think this really explains why the game's download is so big. so much unused stuff in it- things not removed for better optimization

There is a part in the trailer where moon dances on the bridge I’m pretty he doesn’t do that in the game also there is a unknown character who talks about Gregory and Vanessa burning and this is most likely never supposed to be in the game but Vanessa seems more worried about Gregory then in the game when she’s more annoyed with him

why do people mostly call Sun and Moon “Sundrop” and “Moondrop”? those are just the names of the candy they’re advertising, y’all gotta drop it

maybe we will got something after winning minigames (monty golf could give us special Monty's Golf Stick, and bonnie bowl could give us special Bonnie's Bowling Ball) Golf Stick could recharge (like fazcam) and charged will create an Electric Orb (that we can shoot it) and we could maybe throw Bowling Ball to slow other animatronics down?

A lot of this stuff makes me feel like this is an unfinished game but in a way that steel wool couldn’t help from having to rush the game. I’m really hoping there’s a patch or a update that will change things up or add these areas

They honestly should have released/ marked this as an early release or a demo, would have really helped lightened the blow for all the problems this game has.

Honestly they need to get rid of all of this unused content from the files. I know that it's cool to have it there, but an 80 gb game is unacceptable.

Why the gregory has 2 party passes in that is probably because they were planning for foxy and Bonnie in their areas that originally required a party pass of course this is just a theory of mine

Ah, what could have been... hoping the removed stuff is added in future updates.
