The reason freddy said that is because he needs a recharge station to recharge and they are only available in the pizzaplex but turns out he can be recharged using a car battery

my question is: would you rather have 10-12 year old drive, or a robot WAY taller than gregory drive, how did glamrock freddy even allow that? 😭-

For a while, I thought the "stars" at the end of each end sequence represented the number of characters who 'survived' the events that led to that. 3 star VIP ending because Vanessa, Freddy, and Gregory all survived it, 1 star for the runaway ending because the only real survivor was Freddy, the rest were 2 star because it's Gregory and Freddy who survive together. But now I realize that doesn't quite fit with the 'disassemble vanny' ending which is also 2 star, but only with one main character who appeared to survive those events...

To be fair it was a perfectly straight road, it’s possible to start a car and then hold the pedal without knowing how to drive. Although I myself would probably instantly die the moment I touch the steering wheel, but Gregory is pretty smart and calculating throughout the game so it would be no problem for him to figure the car controls out. Also he hit a map bot on the way, so maybe he still is not that great at driving

Yeah should the true ending be more enjoyable? I mean it was but we have no idea if freddy and Gregory survived and even if they did how would they go back up the elevator was a 1 way trip. And that fact the ending was 2 stars is suspicious. Maybe there a ending we don't even know yet?

I don’t get why people hate the comic endings so much, I think it’s pretty cool. Plus, they put so much effort into the rest of the game so it makes sense.

because it's a weird ass shift. when I watched Mark's first ending of the game, where Freddy dies or something, I couldn't take what was happening seriously because the shift was so sudden. not to mention the tone and pacing was so off...I couldn't help but laugh in disbelief. you can't even really call it a stylistic choice, or at least a good one, because that style doesn't show up in ANY other part of the game. it makes it seem like they ran out of budget or something.

Ok, so Vanessa and Vanny are OBVIOUSLY the same person, as evidenced by the fact that the woman in the Vanny “face-reveal” looks exactly like her. Also, Gregory’s shocked reaction indicates that he did indeed recognize her. He wouldn’t have been so surprised if it were someone whom he had never seen before. To explain why they showed “Vanessa” on the roof of the burning building; I believe that was just to throw the player off. Maybe it’s her spirit? Anyway, no sane human being would just stand there at the top of a burning building like that. They would want to get the hell out.

So you basically have to choose between saving Vanessa from her brainwashing, or defeat Afton to stop the disappearances. That's an impossible choice.

Is it just me or is there something deeply heartbreaking and upsetting about seeing Vanessa at the end of rhe fire ending ? It does look like she's trapped there, I l mean the exit is visible on the image, and she doesn't seem upset about the fire at all despite it surrounding her. She's just shocked and terrified at rhe sight of her own dead body lying on the street. It really is the saddest ending, no one wins, Gregory loses his friend, Vanessa dies, and even tho the Pizzaplex burns down who knows how long it'd take for whatever is hiding underneath it to cause chaos again.

Even with all the endings, I still feel like there’s more

My favorite ending’s and least favorite ending. 11:26 - Princess Quest 31:11 - Aubergine Man ending 1:16 - Bad ending 6:12 - Dissemble ending 3:55 - Rooftop ending 2:01 - Van ending

Honestly even tho I've just now this year mustered up the strength to watch any FNAF series, I've realized that there's so much lore and extra details that all tie the franchise together. So many details and extra scenes that are easy to miss. Although it's very confusing, I do think overall FNAF is a very cool and interesting franchise

The most gruesome ending is the one where Vanny gets disassembled, keep in mind that she is NOT an ANIMATRONIC! Don’t try to picture it in your head too much…

Well, it is proven that Gregory is homeless. As for Gregory's parents, he's either an orphan or he ran away from home. If he ran away from home, it may be why he's featured in the newspaper as missing in the "Leave" ending. There is one photo there that sort of resembles him, but I'm not sure about it.

He is homeless because his father is long dead. Frankly speaking, it is not known what happened with the mother and if she does still alive. Although I assume that she died before "The bite of 83". I think this entire facility is an allegory to how the soul of a kid bitten by Freadbear was set free. Take a look at the last scene of "real ending" and the last scene from FFPS. Freddy and Gregory are sitting in the same place where the distant, illegible tombstone in FFPS. Freddy is a Freadbear

With SB Ruin, one of the secret endings seem to show the results of ending 5, with Vannesa, Gregory on the hill. Although here has had glamrock freddys head, in Ruin HD has helpy. Does this mean ending 5 is the Canon ending? It's wierd as it has been assumed rightfully the Afton ending is the real one, so it makes me wonder what the truth is.

(Sorry in advence for my bad english) If you have played the ruin DLC you can find drawing surely made by gregory that show all the ending except the 5 in this video. Also at a moment in the DLC we get in the vanny room and if we equiped the mask we can see a sword in the arcade machine that can show that it has been deafeted. Before the DLC everyone was thinking that the efton ending was the cannon one because you have to do a lot to get it it’s the most complicated to complete and it’s the only one that show afton

The fact that Freddy literally says "it's time to end this" and burns down the Pizzaplex, to me reallyyyyyy confirms that Freddy was possessed by Michael when he saw Gregory (aka the "reborn crying child"), just like Matpat was telling us all along.

I don't like that ending, until freddy's body is back it's not natural.

This kinda makes me belive MattPat's theory about the time traveling ball pit. That would explain why Gregory was so confused in the beginning of the game, why Freddy couldn't identify him at first, and why he didn't go to his family immediately after escaping. Gregory's behavior just seems odd for someone who is apparently "lost".

The Afton ending is the real one we know because it´s presented in 3d, whereas the other endings are in comic style. The other endings provide crucial pieces of lore. From the fire escape ending we know Vanessa is not Vanny, yet they have the same face (it´s confusing). From the leave ending we know Gregory couldń´t return home for some reason.

I love the idea of freeing freddy in the van ending and being rid of it all, but the revenge in ending vanny was satisfying but so tragic to know it wasn’t her. But the satisfaction of sending that psychopath that started it all to hell is the best ending you can ask for. Because it ENDS it.

That "Disassemble Vanny" part got really dark, very quick! How gruesome

It would be neat if in either the happy or true ending, Gregory goes back and helps repair Monty, Roxy and Chica now that they won't be trying to kill him. And maybe he apologises To Sun (& Moon) for breaking the rules at the day care and then they could all possibly leave the pizzaplex or they could just live there instead. Either works

This was awesome it was so cool to see all the ending and imagine they were the real ones, I thought this was pretty cool

My hypothesis on why Vanessa is found looking down at her body is because that's mostly her spirit. Yes, we've stopped Afton (for now) but without her body and someone from the outside releasing her, she's forever stuck. That's terrifying by itself.

The harsh scream in the Princess Quest ending could be the corrupted Vanessa dying (and freeing Vanessa as we know) or just Vanny dying

The most subtle detail of this entire thing... 41:50 Vanessa and Vanny have two different voice actors. Scott just looooooooves being subtle doesn't he? Makes that VIP ending a little more important...

In the 3rd ending (rooftop) when Freddy pushes Vanny off the building Vanessa the security guard is seen on the rooftop looking down at them. Maybe Vanessa is a twin?

It also could have nothing to do with the lore. An example would be Junko from Danganronpa, while she's one character there are 2 VAs: one to voice her when she's sane and another to voice her when she's crazy in despair. Doesn't denote the fact that she's only one character though

The rooftop ending is so funny to be because it's literally like "Oh no, the Pizzaplex is on fire!! Lets run up to the roof and get trapped!!" *Freddy opens the roof door and there's fire right behind him* "Freddy and Vanny fell off the roof! Lets run down the stairs that were definitely not just on fire and back through the burning building!!"

My theory on why there is a lighter Freddy's finger is to light cakes, where Gregory sits is actually meant to store cake after all, and having it already lit could make him catch fire and melt from the inside. That would most likely traumatize kids, so it makes sense for Freddy to just have a lighter.

If you listen close during the ending where Vanny get ripped apart, it sounds like something is walking towards you. Weird.

Actually this an audio bug, on a good bit of watching this persons video, you can hear repeated parts of audio, even in my own play through of this game, I got like a weird repeating bug sound as well.

The final ending is the best what a fucking fantastically beautiful way to end a 9 year franchise well done scott

For Afton to be back, this has honestly hit so much harder for the lore. This honestly makes me anticipate the next FNAF release whether it'd be video game, comic, or cartoon. Very well made game

I love the lore they made in this game, but, all of these endings feel so unfinished. And the game in general feels unfinished. I love the story and Freddy calling the player superstar, but I guess I’m just a bit disappointed when the ending is a comic and not something you get to play.

I think its done on purpose, the "true ending" is in 3d and playable, and the others are in comic because they're not exactly "real", they're just meant to show what would happen if these other situations played out but the true ending is the canonical one

I don't mind the comic endings after I realised what they mean, they are not the real ending, only the fully animated one is. Still even the fully animated one could have had a longer cutscene. I love a lot of stuff about this game, hope it gets polished and re-released, it deserves it :)

There was more to the story but it got cut, we were supposed to see more about Vanessa and vanny but it got cut cause of budget reasons and also because they had to finish the game quick and they didn’t have enough time

The princess quest ending is the best in my opinion. Gregory finally has a mother figure (not saying a mother, but a mother figure seeing as he was homeless and an orphan) Freddy got out... Partially, and Vanessa is free of burntraps / glitchtraps influence and therefor her vanny side.

I mean like in the first ending Gregory still have his FAZ-watch so he can talk to Freddy anytime in the watch

Its to show the difficulty of the ending, for example getting the first ending is the easiest cause you just leave the pizza plex without playing the princess quest games, finding vannys room, etc, etc. hope this helps!

Seeing how the ending where you save Vanessa from Vanny is the only ending with 3 stars, I think that is actually the true ending. The Afton ending only serves to give us an insight to where he currently is

When William Afton said "I always come back" in FNAF 3 and 4 didn't really scare me at first, but then I see SpringTrap, and that send chills to my spine

Each comic-book-like-ending is meant to explain something that isn't shown in the "true ending." The roadtrip ending explains how freddy can leave the pizzaplex, the bad ending explains gregory is homeless, there's two endings that reveal Vanessa is Vanny... etc. I believe they're supposed to be looked into as a whole, but not necessarily cannon.

I love that it's canon in one of the endings that Freddy just commits arson

This game is good but these endings feel so abrupt and it feel like I’m missing some gameplay after you upgrade Freddy . It just feels like it ends too early and these endings don’t get a whole lot of build up to them

I just finished this game and am too lazy to actually get the other endings, so thank you for uploading them. Holy crap bro, all of these endings have me laughing my rear end off, they all feel so "plot twist-y" and tonally inconsistent. I liked the game, but man, was it's story all over the place

So what I personally take from the Afton ending is that the mega pizzaplex is built above the old "sister" location. My thought process behind that is: the sister location is deep underground, the Afton ending takes place deep underground; an elevator is required to access both of them; the thing that reaches down and grabs Afton is not molten Freddy, rather it is a burned Funtime Freddy which is made clear by the colors and the way the faceplates open. I have more connections between the two but I don't feel like typing them all out

There are literally game breaking bugs. They should've waited before releasing the game so they could work out some of the bugs and glitches. I understand that games always have glitches, but they shouldn't be this bad. It just makes this game feel rushed.

What I think is the cannon ending: Freddy and Gregory faced off with burntrap and burnt the place down, then when they were almost out Vanny caught them and disassembled Freddy so gregory ran away to his box bed and when found by Vanny he realized that Vanessa wasn’t evil anymore and she retrieved Freddy’s head so now they’re just chilling on a cliff
