He should be the captain. One who can command the dressing room. No feeble talk. Just psyching them. Bullying them at times with such hilarious videos. There is no damage stripping Maguire the armband. It's just too big for him and it's really causing him stress yet we need him emotionally stable to perform. Which erogenic aid can we give Maguire to perform that taking off the burden of captaincy on him?
