Frost sometimes doesn’t play w pace but w Matvei he will do it because that’s how he plays so I’m excited to see them play together. Frost will finally have someone who can utilize his playmaking

This team has multiple holes so go with BPA. With every draft, some guys drafted high will be busts, some guys drafted late will be very good. Its always a crapshoot.

Well said. Only caveat is prioritize center slightly over wingers. That is usually the case anyway with centers having more inherent value. Pending where the end up selecting, a D could be the right pick. This draft is deep with high end D and the first 5 apparently have top pair pedigree. So we shall see.

@jmmedia4391 Well, here we are. Did they take PBA? Of course not. A reach for a undersized center that I think could have been selected later. Yes, center depth is almost nonexistent in the org but this kid is lightyears away. Very, very curious pick when there was more polished players on the board.

Briere should be BEATING down Winnipeg's door for Rutger McGroarty's rights. He is NHL ready, a leader on and off the ice with future 1C 40goal 90-100 point potential. And is the perfect linemate skill wise for a player like Michkov. Flyers should get THAT done!!! McGroarty, Pinto, Zegras.
