@EightSixMatt same kinda hating the trigger on the apex 4. Everything else is pretty awesome. I wish they would implement paddles for the buttons underneath

Now that the Vader 4 Pro is out and I have the Vader 3 Pro, idk which one to upgrade to. What makes the position of the back paddle better than that of Vader 3 Pro?

The Apex 4 is the top of the line one. It has got adaptive triggers, twice the battery, better build quality, more range on thumbstick adjustment, better anti friction ring, smaller dead zone, a screen, a window on the vibration rotors, leds, a personalizable light, and triggers with an adjustable range. The only Vader 4 Pro advantages are the microswitch for the trigger stops, which simply does a click but is not adjustable, the c and z buttons, which I find difficult to press and not so useful, and finally the dedicated thumbsticks sensors which theoretically should provide better thukbsticks response and linearity.

@@f.f.2260 the dedicated thumb stick you mentioned, does that mean the thumb stick will be better or same with the Apex 4? I don’t care about the battery, vibration, screen, adaptive triggers Because I play majorly Warzone on my PC, I care about the sticks, centering on the stick and everything that has to do with the sticks(V3Pro stick is not good enough) and the mouse click triggers, I will take that ahead of the comfort on the Apex 4 cos damnn, it’s unbeatable if u play FPS I just need to be sure if the analog sticks on the Vader 4 pro will better or same as Apex 4 . If not, I will just go for the Apex 4, I really like the mouse click triggers though, I don’t wanna trade it for anything 🥹🥹

@willy7968 The sticks are actually better on the Apex 4 since they only have 0.5% deadzone, while the Vader 4 Pro has 1%. The Apex 4 also goes down to 30g while the Vader only to 40 (lower is better), and the Apex also has a stornger centering. The Vader 4 Pro has independent stick sensors, which should simply make the imput easier to receive for your machine (it doesn't actually make any percievable difference) and maintain a better linearity, according to what Flydigi says (honestly looks like a gimmick since if you put a linear curve in any other top range controller, it is still gonna be linear and there won't be any noticeable variations).

@@f.f.2260 Thank you for the insights, for reference...what's the % deadzone on the Vader 3 pro and what's the g on Vader 3 pro? I actually waited till for the Vader 4 pro cos I thought the centering will be on par with the Apex 4, this is sad mahnn

@@EightSixMatt -- Like new. I don't wash my graphic tees in hot water and always turn them inside out. That and it's HARDCORE PINK, lol. Mostly the first thing, I think.

DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER. flydigi does not honor overseas purchases in their warranty and this controller is EXTREMELY FRAGILE AND BUGGY. it is a classic shiny chinese piece of garbage. the components, specifically the joysticks are INCREDIBLY easy to break with normal usage, and the connectivity is shoddy at best, it often loses connection and inputs stick. again i warn anyone looking at this controller to NOT BUY IT.

Oof, that sounds terrible if its true about them not honoring their word. Has anyone else had this issue? Sorry for that experience man. No one loves companies that are bad to their consumer base. :(

@@EightSixMatt im pretty upset, evidently haha. but yea apparently the controllers had a defect and they are replacing them for people who have broken joysticks. ive emailed them today so i will have to wait and see if they honor that statement.

Nah, i’ve just bought the Apex 4 for 70$ and at this price I think its the best controller you can find out there, at least for my needs

Kk3 is pretty good but the build quality on the apex 4 I think Is on another level. The kk3 is actually fastest latency for controllers right now.

@@Shadowed_Earth I didn't realize it was the fastest :D, they both feel nice quality, but yeah that Apex feels like that scene in Jurassic Park: "Are they heavy?" 'Yeah' "Than they are expensive put them down" 😂
