Fly Tying Tutorial - Simple Baitfish

Спорт

This baitfish pattern provides a perfect jumping-off point for tyers wanting to build their arsenal for either warm-water or saltwater, as it uses a few common materials, isn't particular on color, and doesn't require complicated techniques. | #GetBusyTying

Learned as much from watching your technique as I did from the material used and the way you layered it. Nice job. I could also use those thinning shears , or whatever you called them. One question, you added a bared, green material at about the 5 minute spot which I am not familiar with and could not pick up the name due to my bad hearing. Would you mind sharing the name of the that? Thanks.

Nice. But is not "simple baitfish" , It has at leat 9 different materials !!!! I understand you try to show the loon scissors, resin, etc. (I use them and they are excellent ) , but "simple" is not the correct adjective to use. It's just a comment, the pattern is really good and thanks for sharing.

This is pretty simple as far as baitfish patterns go. Compared to a drunken disorderly or similar this is fast and simple.
