Behold. Morissette IS the best the country has to offer now. This is why young aspiring Filipino singers idolize her.

I stumbled onto Morissette music a couple of weeks ago by chance and have watched quite a few of her performances since and I still cannot believe I have never heard of her here in Australia. You know how there are good singers and there are really good singers and then there are a hand full of exceptional singers on this planet. Well ... Morissette is sitting right on top of that list! OMG can this girl sing or what!!! She has this beautiful texture and tone to her voice! I mean she can sing the phone book and I would still listen to her sing. And what I love about Morissette is how she is so down to earth and always happy and cheerful. A real bundle of joy! I really hope Morissette gets the recognition internationally because her gifted voice should be appreciated and heard all around the world! Keep singing and performing because you are a genuine star!!

That was really amazing. We don't get proper renditions of Mariah's songs usually, but this one was just wow. She's really talented ❤🌈

I don't know what to dislike about this performance because obviously she gave her all and did her best. So I guess yung mga nag dislike, maybe they're just hating on the fact that Morissette killed this and proved them wrong once again.

You brought a tear to my eyes cause this song is close to my heart. I am a Mariah Carey fan and you have just given the greatest rendition to this song I've ever seen. Wow! Beautiful....Replay...all are gifted, talented and amazing...Wow

I'm super late responding to this, but you deserve props for your kindness and positivity, Cindy. I was a lamb growing up and then discovered Morissette later in life. Both are two of my favorite singers ever. Morissette is a lamb, too, who loves and respects Mariah. It's sad to see some of the petty bickering in the comments when it's clear that Morissette chose to sing this to honor Mariah, not to try to copy or outdo her. Anyway, thank you!

I have watched thousands of Mori's videos. All are fantastic. But where are you fellow fans? she hardly has 500K subs when she desrves millions! 😪 Im wondering coz i came across a content where the foreign singer's performance is a havoc but still she has 38 million views in just a year.

Such a shame this beautiful and amazing talented singer doesn’t get the attention and credit she deserves 💚

And I know Mariah Carey would be very happy in Mori's rendition since this is the song which she wrote that is very personal to her and her most fav track in The Emancipation of Mimi album 😍😍 Edit: This Month Marks the 15th Anniversary of the The Emancipation of Mimi.

I know that I'm usually late to the party when it comes to this stuff, but for what it's worth, here's my take: I've been on this earth for more than 48 years, and if I've ever seen a better version of a cover song, I can't think of it at this moment. And it's not just one thing, it's the overall package. The lead vocals: Morissette is an absolute beast. The range, and the multiple techniques that she uses here, are over the top good. The background vocals are very well done. The musicianship is fantastic. I'd be interested to know who else played on this besides the two guys shown here, who are also singing background vocals. I have a background as a professional percussionist, and the drum set part is right on point. And this is a feel good video, because it just makes you happy to watch and listen to this. It would be interesting to learn how something like this comes together, with different people recording different parts, from different places at different times. This is proof that a global pandemic, and all the rules and restrictions that go along with it don't have to stop you from doing something amazing. It's also interesting to see the reaction videos from professional vocal coaches. Even they seem to be very impressed. Seriously, this is amazing, and it blew my mind.

There were only 2 people doing the vocals here. Adonis Tabanda produced this. I think this is in his own YT channel 😉

This lady deserves a spot in the US and UK music industry. I’ve been a fan of Mori since she joined The Voice PH and I was honestly disappointed and frustrated she didn’t win that damn contest. But she has proven time and time again that she didn’t need to win that thing, because she has out of this world T-A-L-E-N-T-S!! I can still recall when I first saw her performed live, she was invited into our company’s yearly kickoff party at SMX Convention Center. And she all blew us away. I mean don’t get me wrong the party was really fun, but the moment she came out of the stage - she was a total bomb and everyone has had the best night ever. I love this lady because she has always kept her feet on the ground, even during her toughest times. She kept her core intact despite the negative reactions and bashing here and there. I’m so lucky to have existed in this lifetime where I can listen and witness Mori’s pure and amazing talents. She’s undeniably one of the best artists if not the best that has ever lived in this lifetime. So keep soaring higher Phoenix - and I will never lose hope that one day, you’ll takeover the global music industry because you deserve it❣️ To all avid fans of Mori, who may have access to information for her next big concert here in PH, please do keep me in the loop. I'm also a fan of Mori, but you have to give the credit to where it's due. Mitoy deserved to win TheVoice that time. Losing doesn't make you a loser. And just because she didn't win it doesn't mean that her effort was worthless or went unnoticed, didn't make an impact, didn't inspire someone, as she did. That's why we're here. We can support without dragging someone down. 🙃

This is what you call a genuine "inspiration" from Mariah Carey. There is no comparison for Mariah and Morisette are one in that passion of singing and see how it radiates as a true and amazing talent. For real singers and who sing from the heart issues aren't a room for discussion. Morisette's perfect peeformance only affirms her deepest inspiration to Carey and its impact of her craft. I learn to love you Morisette as you admire Mariah and singing her song. We all love Jesus 🥰

Of all of Mori's performances, this really should be in her top 3. Get this over 1 million views!! ❤
