Today we are out fishing in a wonderful winter landscape, and with Christmas just around the corner we thought it would be perfect to salt rainbow trout!
We went up to Lilla Stockasjön and made a few casts, but it was much colder than we expected - there was ice in the rings and the line was rock hard - but the environment was fantastic!
Stockasjöarna is located in Öxabäck, 7 miles from Gothenburg, and is not available on ifiske or fiskekort.se. Very pleasant and cozy environment consisting of Lilla Stockasjön and Stora Stockasjön. In Stora Stockasjön you can fish with both spin and fly. In Lilla Stockasjön, only fly fishing applies. There is a lot of fish in the lakes, so bringing the children is a good tip. Here they can get their first fish and a memory for life.
Groups and companies can also tailor their own "fishing packages", but then you have to contact the staff at the facility. e.g. floating fishing, angling etc.
