No, you do not need to know anything about dart. just start from flutter document flutter.dev/docs.

Hi 👋 I have a doubt ! let's say I have changed this forget password button to Create a new account then If user clicks on it, I am changing all occurrences of LOGIN to SIGNUP. It's a splash screen and you can customize it. Search about it on google.
